Broken Path is a Side Quest in Far Cry 5. This walkthrough shows how to complete this Quest.
Region: Henbane River (Faiths’s Region)
Area: Eden’s Convent
Quest Giver: Female Resistance Fighter
Requirement: Liberate Eden’s Convent
Reward: 100 RP & 850 $
Objectives:
- Reach the front of the covent
- Prepare your defenses
- Defend NORTH, WEST, SOUTH side
After liberating Eden’s Convent a female resistance soldier will appear. She will tell you about a group, who wants to get the camp back.
You will have to protect each entrance of the area once in order to finish the mission. Use the mounten LMGs to make a quick work of the enemies. While protecting the South side a few choppers will appear. They shouldn’t be a problem with the mounted gun.

What to do!? I clear the waves and nothing happens. If I leave the area it says I’m leaving mission.
Same thing here can’t continue! I got killed first time and then now can’t continue after 1set of enemy. If anybody knows how to pass let me know thanks

Saw the same thing here. Playing on Xbox one. Can’t finish mission. 🙁
I know it’s not a fix per se, but you can open up the map and fast travel out of there and the game will work again. Just sucks because I think that is one of the main quest missions. Just gotta wait for them to patch it.
I was having this problem too. What happened to me, is that I was given a story quest at the start of the mission, so every time I restarted I was given the story quest. I left the area to do the story quest and came back and it worked for me.
I don’t remember seeing any game on PS3/PS4 that has this many bugs.
