Introduction
Welcome to the FANTASIAN Neo Dimension Trophy Guide! An HD port of a mobile game from 2021 that captures the feel of old school JRPGs from times long past, now with voice acting! Join Leo as he tries to save his world from the Mechteria alongside a colorful cast of characters.
Step 1: Complete the Game
While you’re working on completing the game, you’ll want to unlock at least 50 chests and complete at least 10 side quests. It’s highly recommended to do all the quests even though you’re only required to do 10 as you’ll get useful gear and upgrades that will make the game a lot easier.
Once you reach the final save point at the Summit of Zero, make a manual save as you don’t get to make a clear save after finishing the game. While you will have an autosave before the boss fight, it’s possible to accidentally overwrite it by starting a new game or loading a different save, so better to be safe.
Step 2: Regular New Game Clean Up
After clearing the game, you can load your save before the final boss and clean up any quests, locked chests, or miscellaneous tasks before starting New Game+. Once you’re ready to start New Game+, go to the altar in Shangri-La and activate it.
Step 3: New Game+
On New Game+, you’ll want to focus on getting to level 99 and maxing out your Growth Maps (Skill Trees) as much as possible, including the new Growth Maps that unlock when clearing the first one, to prepare for the Void Realm (Endgame Dungeon). Clearing the Void Realm in New Game+ is significantly easier than trying to do it in regular New Game, and it’s unreasonable to reach level 99 on the first playthrough.
It’s also recommended to open all the chests again, as each time you open a chest, there is a 25% chance to get an SP Capsule. You’ll also be able to sell Growth Map upgrade items at the computer outside of Bernard’s Laboratory in the Hidden Valley for 5 SP Capsules. The reason you want to do this is once you hit level 65, you no longer get SP from leveling, so your only source of SP will be from SP Capsules, which you’ll need to invest in the second Growth Map.
You can also hold to speed through dialogue to make your New Game+ run faster.

Story-related and cannot be missed.
Pinnacle Reached level 99. |
||
Once you beat the game, you’ll be sitting at around level 50 to 60, depending on how much content you cleared and how many enemies you defeated. Grinding to level 99 in the first playthrough is nearly impossible with how low level everything will be and the diminishing returns on experience, so you’ll want to start New Game+ as all the enemies will increase in level, which will let you earn more experience.
During New Game+, you’ll want to equip the Unfamiliar Stone on Leo so you get double experience. You can get the Unfamiliar Stone by turning in the first Mechterite you’re given at the machine in Valrika’s Laboratory. You should only ever unequip this if you’re really struggling in a fight and need to replace it with another jewel to get an advantage in the fight. |
||
Time Reverse Turned back time at the altar. |
||
You can turn back time at the altar in Shangri-La. You’ll need to complete the “Cinderella Tri-Stars” side quest and get the Tachyon Medal. The Tachyon Medal is in the Sanctum – Laboratory in the God Realm, on the right side of the room. The chest is hidden behind a pillar and once you’re close enough the camera will change so you can see the chest.
Afterward, you’ll be able to go to the altar to start New Game+. Everything transfers over into New Game+ except quest progress, and will also increase the level of all enemies in the game. The only exception to this is the Void Realm. If you unlocked it in regular New Game and made any progress in it, it will transfer into New Game+. The Void Realm also won’t scale in level like the rest of the game does. This makes New Game+ perfect to earn Pinnacle and makes clearing the Void Realm to reach Yim significantly easier. You’ll also unlock some more New Game+ specific things. |
||
Boundary Breaker Unlocked the second Growth Map. |
||
In order to unlock the second Growth Map, you’ll need to be in New Game+ and max out a character’s first Growth Map. This will unlock a new Growth Map for that specific character that mostly focuses on increasing stats and some convivences that’ll make New Game+ go quicker. Once you unlock the second Growth Map, you can go back into the first Growth Map and respec any skills you don’t want to get some of your SP back without losing access to the new Growth Map.
Music Box Unlocked the Music menu. |
||
Once you start New Game+, there will be a god chest in the room in the Starry Eyes bar that leads to the Mini Toy Box that gives you Uematsu’s Tape Deck.
The End of Chaos Defeated Vam. |
||
Story-related, cannot be missed.
Excessive Order Defeated Jas. |
||
Story-related, cannot be missed.
Beyond the Void Defeated Yim. |
||
Yim serves as the endgame content for the game, and isn’t directly linked to the story. To start the questline for unlocking the dungeon where Yim is located, you’ll need to start the “Echoes in the Sandsea” story quest, which you unlock by flying into the giant blue orb near En with the Uzra, after rescuing Zinikr.
After following the questline to its conclusion, you’ll unlock the Void Realm, which consists of 3 levels. The only thing in the dungeon are more powerful versions of story bosses, and after clearing the bosses on the floor, it’ll let you fight Yim. You’ll have to do this on all the floors of the dungeon. Because of the difficulty of the dungeon, it’s highly recommended to go into New Game+ to tackle the Void Realm as you can then take advantage of the second Growth Map, as well as being a higher overall level. New Game+ is required anyway due to needing to reach level 99. The Void Realm will remain unlocked in New Game+. Any progress you’ve made in the Void Realm will also transfer over into New Game+. The Void Realm also isn’t affected by the level increase of New Game+, so everything there will still be the same level as in regular New Game. If you didn’t unlock the Void Realm in regular New Game, you can still unlock it in New Game+ by clearing the related questline. |
