Elden Ring has a huge World Map. This page reveals the full in-game map in high resolution.
It is by far the biggest map of any FromSoftware “Souls” game so far. Compared to previous games, the open areas are much larger and contain a lot more underground dungeons and caves to explore. You even have a rideable mount, as it would take too long to get around on foot due to how large some areas are.
Below you can find the full Elden Ring World Map (In-Game Map):

There are 5 main regions, containing several other sub-regions:
- Limgrave
- Caelid
- Liurnia
- Altus Plateau
- Mountaintops of the Giants
The map needs to be unfogged by collecting map pieces, marked on the fogged map by little pillars.
For all Sites of Grace refer to Elden Ring All Sites of Grace Locations.
For all Map Locations (to unfog the map), refer to Elden Ring All Map Locations.

Can I ask what the yellow lines are? They go from one point to another it seems, does it show the waypoint?

They are the guiding flames pointing to the main story “objectives” (main bosses).
