This guide shows all Elden Ring Sacred Tear Locations. Sacred Tears are used to upgrade the amount of health/mana restored by your flasks. After finding a Sacred Tear, go to a site of grace (fast travel point), then in the flask menu choose to increase the amount replenished. In your item wheel it will also show the flask level.
This guide lists them in chronological order in which they can be obtained. Get them as early as possible, it will make the rest of the game easier as you can last longer in fights. Sacred Tears are frequently found at statues inside churches.
For increasing the number of flasks you can carry, refer to Elden Ring All Golden Seed Locations.
For all sites of grace and other named map areas including churches refer to Elden Ring All Sites of Grace Locations.
