Requirement: Assign Wharf Water Tower to Survivors and activate ‘Elm Windmill‘
Reward: “Concert Ticket for Silencio” (Memento Collectible)
Mission Info: “I met a rapper called Silencio, but there was something suspicious about him. For a rapper, his rhymes were pretty lame, and he constantly dissed Frank.”

Side Quest Location: Silencio
This quest starts in the Muddy Grounds district of Central Loop, after activating Wharf Water Tower and assigning ‘Elm Windmill‘ to Survivors.
Talk with Silencio
In order to progress this side quest, you need to exhaust all dialogue options with Silencio. There is more than one option to choose at a time, simply go through all options that appear on the screen.
Finishing the Side Quest
As all dialogues with Silencio have been exhausted, you will be rewarded with the ‘Concert Ticket for Silencio’ (Memento Collectible).
This finishes the Silencio Side Quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human.
