Dying Light has 10 Nightrunner Trial Locations. Finding and completing all Nightrunner Trials with at least a Bronze score unlocks the True Nightrunner trophy or achievement. Compared to the first game it is easier now, as a bronze medal is sufficient for the trophy and achievement. You don’t need a gold score.
As a rule of thumb, the more abilities you have, the easier the challenges become. The Paraglider can sometimes help to bridge some gaps which are otherwise hard to cross. It is unlocked from the 11th Main Quest “A Place To Call Home”. Challenges III & IX require the Grappling Hook, which is unlocked very late in the game from the 16th Main Quest “Broadcast”.

Hi, today I realised the trophy was little glitchy but I started again and after 5 challenges I received the trophy.

Its 24 december 2022 i play on ps5, completed every single challenge with bronze or better and the trophy dont pop

Runner challenge number seven and number eight if you look at the posters are both marked as number seven sadly I think this could be the issue because I just completed all 10 and no achievement

Same here its 29th of december, done it twice. One on NG+ and still no trophy, its buggy AF, people who dont get it they just wont get it I think, its bugged but not completley broken as some people rare people get it. There isnt any workaround either, you can try it on completley new save but I think it still a gamble and most likely a waste of time cause some people have done 3-5 times on new savefile with no luck. Its my only trophy left and now im just sitting here waiting for patch but not gonna hold my breath, it was suppose to get “fixed” on the latest patch but seems like its still a problem for a lot of people.

can confirm it still doesn’t work even after the trophy being named directly as being fixed in recent patch notes. The only thing I haven’t tried at this point is doing every single running trial in the game. But after doing the nightrunner trials about a dozen times each I cant be fucked to touch any more of the trials in the game. Id rather wire the devs money to just unlock it for everyone than waste anymore time on em. One thing others have pointed out is the switching of trials 7 and 8 and how that is potentially where the bug lies. I would be so curious as to what caused that and how their positions got flipped.

I got a gold medal in all night runners challenges and the trophy appeared to me
(was hard as f*** but I got the trophy at the end). Not sure if all the gold medals made any difference.

I’ve got the trophy!
After the latest patch I got 8 gold and 2 silver on the nightrunner trials. I’ve done the 2 also Gold so I got all 10 gold. No trophy! But then I replayed every trial from 1-10 in chronological order. (I didn’t had the bug where trial 7 and 8 are mixed up, so I played everything in order from 1-10.) I didn’t reached the gold times again, I just finished it with bronze at least. And after the 10th trial the trophy finally popped!
I’m playing on PS5 AND in singleplayer. I’ve read that doing it in an open session could cause trouble with the trophy.

Hello everyone, today I started nightrunner and I think I did them as I found them. I got to the end but I didn’t get the trophy so I started from the beginning in numerical order (1 to 10) I didn’t get in all gold possible only in 2 the rest were bronze. So it goes and you can take this trophy. By the way challenge 7 is different from challenge 8 and both are separated on the map.
