The Importance of Aiding Ernesto is a side quest in Dragon’s Dogma 2. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of The Importance of Aiding Ernesto side mission.
- Starting Location: Unmoored World > Agamen Volcanic Island > Volcanic Island Camp
- Quest Giver: Ernesto
- Requirement: Started Halls of the First Dawn side quest
- Reward: 20,000 XP, Wyrmslife Crystal x40, 15,000 G
Objectives:
- Aid in the evacuation of Volcanic Island
- Escort Gaustafr and Cliodhna
- Speak with Lamond
- Speak with Ernesto
Starting Location: The Importance of Aiding Ernesto
Travel to Volcanic Island Camp and speak with Ernesto by the northern gate. He will want you to rescue Ciodhna and Gautstafr.
Aid in the evacuation of Volcanic Island
Simply head to the mission marker west of Volcanic Island camp and talk to Gaustafr and Ciodhna.
Escort Gaustafr and Cliodhna
Walk them back to Ernesto. A quicker way is to put a Portcrystal in the Volcanic Island Camp, grab Gautsafr and Ferrystone your way back to the Camp (it will teleport Ciodhna too). Bring Gautsafr to Ernesto to complete this part of the quest.
Speak with Lamond
Next, we need to convince Lamond to evacuate. After talking to Ernesto, intercept Lamond on his way to the hot geysers. Choose any of the dialogue options with him to get him on board the evacuation.
Speak with Ernesto
Return to the quest giver once more and you will successfully have evacuated Volcanic Island Camp.
