Medicament Predicament is a side quest in Dragon’s Dogma 2. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Medicament Predicament side mission.

- Requirement: Started Seat of the Sovran main quest
- Reward: 500 XP, 100 G, Ring of Exultation
- Quest Description: A merchant is no less than the sum of their wares. This simple truth is not lost on young Flora, who ventured out from Vernworth to procure a medicament sold only in Melve.

Starting Location
In the town of Melve, outside Runne’s Apothecary, you can find a girl who is here to get medicine. Go near her to automatically speak with her and agree to help.
Obtain the fruit roborant
To complete the quest you need to obtain a consumable called Fruit Roborant. You may have already made this or will be able to make this by combining Dried Fruit (Any Ripened Fruit + Any Ripened Fruit) with either Greenwarish or Morningtide. If you can’t make it yourself, you can purchase the Fruit Roborant directly from the Apothecary for 600 G.
Deliver the fruit roborant
Once you have obtained at least 1 Fruit Roborant, deliver it to Flora to complete the quest.
This finishes the Medicament Predicament side quest in Dragon’s Dogma 2.

Flora also gives a Chirurgeon’s Tome after a while in the city, not sure if this was related to the quest or if it was an affinity thing
