Workplace Harassment is a contract in Mission 2 of Dishonored Death of the Outsider.
Note: You won’t start mission 2 with any contracts. Follow the Black Market waypoint marker to locate the contracts board straight ahead from the entrance.
Workplace Harassment Walkthrough
The grounds of Dolores Michael’s bank are crawling with guards and Eyeless, so you have to be very careful even getting to the waypoint for this contract. Careful use of the Semblance power would be most effective, but however you manage it, keep following the waypoint until you are inside the bank. When you do reach the “Racketeer” marker, you’ll find an Eyeless woman threatening a man in a teller’s cage. Use the Foresight power to mark her while you’re waiting for her to finish her rant, so that it’s easier to follow her. Don’t worry about her seeing you, as she doesn’t seem to care that you’re following her, but depending on how many guards her path crosses you might lose sight of her and have to catch up.
She’s headed to a bench just outside the Spector Club, where she meets up with a man that is labeled “Racketeer’s Associate”. They will speak for a moment, then she will sit down. This is your moment to eliminate them both. The easiest way to do it would be to move further down the walkway outside the Spector Club, lean out around the stairwell bannister, zoom in and hit them both in the head with either a Voltaic Shot or an Electrical Burst. Once they are both downed, your contract is complete.
