The Missing Brother is a contract in Mission 2 of Dishonored Death of the Outsider.

Complete the Death to the Mime and Kidnap the Bartender contracts first before attempting The Missing Brother since it clears your path and makes your exit from the Spector Club much easier. As you approach the back of the bar area and start climbing the stairs, you’ll find another Eyeless member coming down. Since you still have the “Eyeless Motif” tattoo, they won’t pay you any attention but be sure to eliminate them before they reach the bottom of the stairs and find the carnage you have wrought. Once you reach the top of the stairs, you’ll find three members in chairs hooked up to some kind of tubes pumping the “Sanguine Infusion”. Go down the hall into the back room where the “Alberto” marker leads you, and you’ll find your target on a bed having the life sucked out of him. Eliminate the Eyeless in this room then locate the pump above Alberto’s bed and throw it into reverse. The three parasitic Eyeless in the next room will pass out, and Alberto can now be freed from the machine. He is in no immediate danger, so clear out any of the Eyeless that remain on the second floor of the Spector Club before carrying Alberto out.
Follow the same path as you did with the Bartender, using the Displace and Foresight abilities to get around, but when you get to the point where you’d go to the roof of the Red Camellia, instead go down to the ground. Follow the path to the “Cabin” marker, traveling in the direction of Dead Man’s Bluff. Just before you reach that location, there will be a small “Cabin” on the side of the stairs. Put Alberto down on the bed next to his brother and your contract will be complete.
NOTE: There appears to be a bug in the game where the “Cabin” marker would disappear after using Displace or Foresight. To correct this, simply put Alberto down and pick him up again and it should reappear.
