Diablo 4 All Altars of Lilith Locations

This guide shows all Altars of Lilith Locations in Diablo 4 (IV). There are 160 Altars of Lilith total. Each Altar of Lilith will grant 10 Renown for the respective region, as well as provide bonuses for all characters on that realm such as stat increases or maximum currency increases. Altars of Lilith appear in the open world and will glow red so they are easy to see. Some require you to pass an obstacle to reach.
