The Emissary is the vendor in Destiny 2 that deals with Trials of the Nine rep. She is located at The Third Spire once you win a single game of Trials of the Nine.
The Emissary accepts Trials of the Nine Tokens in exchange for reputation points. 20 Tokens will be required for a full level of Reputation. Once you have handed in 20 tokens you can collect your Trials Reward which will show in her menu as a Legendary Engram. You can get one or more of the following items from each engram you collect from The Emissary:
- Faction Helmet (Class Specific)
- Faction Gauntlets (Class Specific)
- Faction Chest Armor (Class Specific)
- Faction Leg Armor (Class Specific)
- Faction Class Item (Class Specific)
- Gift of the Nine Shader
- Faction Auto Rifle: Prosecutor
- Faction Hand Cannon: Judgement
- Faction Scout Rifle: The End
- Faction Shotgun: A Sudden Death
- Faction Sniper Rifle: The Long Walk
- Faction Sidearm: A Swift Verdict
- Faction Submachine Gun: Adjudicator
- Legendary Shards
- Misc armor pieces and weapons in a shifting lootpool

on the Faction Reward Engram while speaking to The Emissary.
