Benedict 99-40 a.k.a. Sweeperbot is a Vendor that appears in the tower the first time you have completed the Leviathan Raid. He is located in the basement under the New Monarchy area of the Tower.
Sweeperbot accepts Emperor Calus Tokens in exchange for rep. It will take 20 tokens to completely fill up the meter. Once filled he will offer you an Imperial Engram. The engram will contain any of the gear or weapons from the raid.
