Item Description: The inscription, written in a Cabal dialect, reads: “Victory or death!”
Special Ability #1: Slug Rifle — Slugs are stronger when aiming down sights.
Special Ability #2: This weapon is Full Auto, does extra damage to Cabal, and penetrates Phalanx shields.
Acquired by: Random drop from Quests, PVE & PVP. Do endgame activities after reaching level 20 and this has a good chance to drop over time.
