Obtained: Collect from Datalattice on Nessus.
Usage: Redeem with Failsafe in the Exodus Black on Nessus to increase Reputation. Increasing reputation rewards you with a purple engram containing legendary gear.
*NOTE – When farming for this item it is best to use the Hunter Class using the Sublass ‘Nightstalker’ and using the perk “Keen Scout”. This will add the consumables to the mini-map when you are in close proximity to them item.
