Obtained:
- Collect from Etheric Spiral on the Tangled Shore
- Complete Public Events on the Tangled Shore
- Defeat High Value Targets on the Tangled Shore (Forsaken expansion is required to visit The Tangled Shore).
Usage: Used as a material for upgrading weapons.
*NOTE – When farming for this item it is best to use the Hunter Class using the Sublass ‘Nightstalker’ and using the perk “Keen Scout”. This will add the consumables to the mini-map when you are in close proximity to the item.

You don’t need Forsaken to visit the Tangled Shore or Dreaming City, the main quest line and many pursuits are unavailable unless you own Forsaken but the locations, vendors, lost sectors, etc are open to anyone.
