Chapter 9: Dead on Arrival contains 16 Collectible Locations in Dead Space Remake. This walkthrough is updated for the PS5 Remake version and will guide you to all collectibles in Chapter 9: Dead on Arrival in chronological order. Everything that’s needed for trophies and 100% completion is included: Logs, Schematics, Weapons, Weapon Upgrades, Suit Upgrades, Nodes, Side Missions, Chapter-Specific Trophies, Marker Fragments.
Everything located on the USG Ishimura is unmissable until the Point of No Return at the end of Chapter 11: Alternate Solutions, except for a small number of action-dependent logs that only trigger when doing certain actions at specific story points. The guide will list everything when it first becomes available in an efficient order, but if you miss anything you can go through the Ishimura when you have full access in Chapter 11. Everything in Chapter 9: Dead On Arrival is missable, so be sure to collect everything during this chapter. Marker Fragments are only available in New Game+. Story-related. Automatically upon entering Barracks in the USM Valor.
Log 143 – Transformed Soldiers
Story-related. Automatically after defeating the first Stasis Necromorph.
Log 144 – Orders
Head inside the Briefing Room at the end of the hall. The log is sitting on the table in the middle of the room.
Log 145 – Alien Boarders
In the same room, on a corpse by the second door.
Node 37
Head through the second door back to the airlock to find this on the wall.
Log 146 – Dr. Kyne
Story-related. Automatically as you ascend the elevator.
Log 147 – Why Bring a Nuke?
Story-related. Automatically after ejecting the warhead.
Trophy: Front Toward Enemy
Enter the Shooting Range and interact with the panel to start it. Go through shooting the red targets, but your points don’t matter. After a bit a Necromorph onslaught will occur. Kill all the Necromorphs for this trophy.

Inside one of the lockers in the Shooting Range after surviving the onslaught.
Schematics 12 – Large Med Pack
On a desk just inside the entrance of the Infirmary, before the spinning lasers.
Log 148 – He’s Alive
Story-related. Automatically after leaving the Infirmary.
Node 39
Dropped by Brute in Cargo Bay.
Log 149 – Dead on Arrival
Story-related. Automatically as you go to leave the Cargo Bay.
Node 40
Past the fire on the left in the Engine Room. Turn on the fire suppression system first then come back here on the way to the elevator.
Log 150 – Go! Go!
Story-related. Automatically after collecting Singularity Core.
Log 151 – Go to the Crew Deck
Story-related. Automatically after escaping the USM Valor.

I could not get Log 142 – Alien Boarders. When I entered the Briefing Room, the body and log were missing. I’d exit and come back and the body would be floating off to the side, but no log.
I tried re-installing the game, starting from a point before the chapter started, but no luck.

Same here. Everything was fine on my first run, but on my NG+ with update 1.03, there was no corpses and no log 142 in the room.

I don’t see the node in the munitions team locker room mentioned — did you miss that one?
It’s right after leaving the infirmary, instead of going left to the cargo bay, you go right and there’s a stack of duffle bags stacked on one of the electrified damaged plates; if you move all these with kinesis, you can time running over the plate to get into the munitions team locker room.
