Days Gone So Many of Them Walkthrough

So Many of Them is a Main Story Mission in Days Gone. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the “So Many of Them” Main Quest.

So Many of Them Starting Location

This mission will start immediately after the end of Can I Ask You Something?. This mission starts in Lake Crater.

Enter the CCC Campus

The entrance to the campus is locked, but that’s no issue. Deacon will boost Sarah up the fence and she will drop a crate for Deacon to climb on and climb the fence himself.

Sarah seems to know her way around the campus, so stick with her. The place is crawling with Newts. Deacon would like to bring them down, Sarah doesn’t want to go on a killing spree not knowing what’s inside the facility. Gun fire just postponed though.

Keep following Sarah and don’t engage. Newts are harmless creatures unless attacked. Jimmy the door open to enter the building and help Sarah push the bookcase to reveal a new door.

Deacon will burst the door open but will immediately close as the place is crawling with Swarmers. However, Deacon reconsiders and wants to take the Swarmers down, so prepare to engage fire.

Clear the Swarm

The place is crawling with Swarmers, so equip your best weapon and get rid of these useless creatures. Sarah will help you from inside one of the buildings.

Once fire has ceased, boost Sarah up a nearby wall so she can enter a broken window. Sarah seems to have some trouble finding something for Deacon to climb on. Meanwhile, other Swarmers are approaching, so up to Deacon to open fire.

After a couple of seconds, Sarah will throw down a crate. Climb one for a new cutscene during which our heroes are inexplicably laughing. Seems like their interactions are getting a lot friendlier and more informal just like they used to be.

Find the CCC Science Building

Sarah decides to take the lead and volunteers to fling the next door open. Jump scare! A Swarmer is right there waiting for you, but Sarah has superhuman reflexes and takes it down without too much thinking. Deacon is visibly impressed and shocked at the same time! Deacon, she’s a keeper!

Follow Sarah as she spots a new open window. Once again, boost her up.

Find Sarah

Sarah seems to have run into trouble and you need to hurry in order to save her. Push the car next to the window to be able to reach it and run forward, getting closer to the shooting uproar.

Sarah just miraculously managed to survive by bringing down quite a few Swarmers. Visibly in shock, Deacon pacifies her.

Find a Way Into the CCC Science Building

Our heroes must now find a way to enter the CCC Science Building. Follow Sarah and check the doors you walk by to see if they’re unlocked. Deacon realises that Newts have infested the Science Building which means that there could be a way from the roof. How to get there though?

Coincidentally, there’s a military truck nearby. Push it until it’s close enough to the roof of the porch. Climb the car and on kill the Newts on your way to the gap. Climb down the hole.

Help Sarah Find the Centrifuge

Now that we’re inside we need to help Sarah find the equipment she needs. Just follow her until a new cutscene starts. The centrifuge is in a room full of dead Freakers who seem to have been poisoned with a substance called Hemlock. Pretty useful, I must say. Perhaps it will come in handy later, who knows.

This concludes So Many of Them mission in Days Gone and transitions seamlessly to the mission “You Couldn’t Stop Shaking”.
