Introduction
Welcome to the Darksiders 3 Trophy Guide! Darksiders 3 has a lot of collectibles to find but most of them will come naturally as you play through the game. For those who played the previous Darksiders titles will know what to expect here when it comes to collecting. It’s an open world game with fast travel that allows you to backtrack to all places and gather the collectibles after the story in free-roam. There are three missable trophies. One depends on how you finish a boss fight and the other two are presented as story quests but can easily be ignored. You can also miss them depending on the decisions you make during the dialogues within the respective quests. Darksiders 3’s platinum can be unlocked through one playthrough on APOCALYPTIC difficulty and shouldn’t take more than 35 hours. You can also go back and sweep up the rest of the trophies after you finish the story as you can continue to free-roam the world. Remember there is no New Game+ (at least at the time of this writing) so if you do two playthroughs you’ll have to grind out all attribute points again.
Step 1: Apocalyptic Difficulty Playthrough & 3 Missable Trophies
Play through the game on the APOCALYPTIC difficulty. This is unlocked from the beginning. The difference between easy and apocalyptic is actually not that great. You take slightly more damage and bosses have slightly more health but it all comes down to how many levels you grind out. You have total control over how difficult you want it to be by overleveling your character. If you overlevel your health and physical damage, then Apocalyptic is no harder than easy. It’s highly recommended you grind out at least 50 attribute points in the early stages of the game (the area after exiting Maker’s Forge has plenty of enemies). Just let yourself get killed to make enemies respawn and defeat the same group of enemies again. You need 50 attribute points for the trophy “Big Spender” anyway. You could grind this out early and have a totally overpowered character, then you can run past all enemies and the bosses will be easy to defeat. Also loot the items in every area along the way, some of them give you upgrades which make you stronger and are needed for several trophies.
Missable Trophies:
There are 3 missable trophies. In order of availability:
- For Whom The Bell Tolls – During the “Lust” boss fight (which is part of the story) you will fight two bosses at once. Only defeat Lust, ignore the second boss.
- Demon Meddler – After getting the Stasis Hollow (automatic story-related part), the Lord of Hollows tasks you to kill Abraxis. Fulfill his request and kill that demon, which is found in the Skar area.
- A Parting Gift – After killing Abraxis, return to the Lord of Hollows and choose to SPARE him (don’t kill him). Then he disappears and leaves you a gift.
Step 2: Collectibles & Cleanup
If you haven’t unlocked any specific collectible trophies do these after you finish the game. There is free-roam after the story and you can fast travel back to all areas with collectibles in them (after beating the story hit “Continue” in main menu). One trophy you may still be missing is “Soul Reaper” for having earned 1 million souls. An easy way to get it is to collect your own souls (save up some souls, die, recollect your dropped souls until trophy pops).
Possible Exploit to “cheat” the Apocalyptic difficulty trophy on easiest difficulty (patch 1.00, only possible with physical disc):
In version 1.00 of the game (without patches) you can earn the trophy for apocalyptic while playing on normal difficulty. Follow the steps below:
- Don’t update your game! Before you install the disc, disconnect from internet (PS4 Settings > Network). The game must remain on version 1.00. This only works with the disc because the digital version automatically downloads the patch! You can check the version by pressing the Options-Button on the game > click on Information. You are not allowed to reconnect to PSN while playing the game, otherwise it will get stuck after Maker’s Forge and ask you to download the patch (that’s because it sees the patch download / install is still in progress). However, if you’re completely offline the game will progress normally and not force you to install the patch.
- Start New Game on NORMAL difficulty. Reach the endboss. (Note: it’s confirmed to work on NORMAL. Whether it also works on Easy is unconfirmed but feel free to test at your own risk).
- Before endboss, make a backup on USB device or PS+ Cloud (PS4 Settings > Application Saved Data Management).
- When endboss has very little health left, change difficulty in options from Normal to Apocalyptic and land the final hit. This unlocks the trophies for Apocalyptic and beating it on any difficulty, but not for beating it on Normal!
- Restore your backup save (PS4 Settings > Application Saved Data Management). Kill endboss again on Normal to unlock the Normal difficulty trophy. Now you have all difficulty trophies. Alternatively, you can just patch the game and hit continue in main menu to beat the final boss again on normal.
Warning regarding game-breaking bugs: This game has various game-breaking progression bugs that could force you to start a new game from scratch. As a precaution, make a backup save after every boss (PS4 Settings > Application Saved Data Management). Also alternate your backup saves between different USB devices & PS+ Cloud. If something gets corrupted you have multiple saves to fall back to (the game only has one autosave slot and no manual save function so if something breaks and you have no backup you’ll be stuck forever).

After acquiring your first Weapon Enhancement, head to Ulthane at the makers forge. You find Weapon Enhancement throughout the game world or can buy them from Vulgrim. Speak to him and select “Upgrade Enhancement”. Select the Enhancement you want to upgrade and select either the top or bottom path. You must have Angelic or Demonic Artifacts to upgrade the Enhancement (which are found in the world or bought from Vulgrim). Only one upgrade is required for this.

You must upgrade an Enhancement to the fifth and final slot (do it once for “Can you restore the Balance?”, do it five times for “Balance in all things”).
Doing this requires an Essence of a Chosen which can be acquired by defeating a hidden Chosen enemies or from Vulgrim’s shop later in the game. After the story you can simply buy Essence of the Chosen from Vulgrim infinitely. Below are the Chosen Locations in the game world (collecting them is faster / cheaper than buying them from Vulgrim):

Take it to the Limit Upgrade Any Weapon to Max level |
![]() |
Upgrading weapons is done in the Markers Forge. Speak with Ulthain and select weapon upgrade. You will need to upgrade your weapons using Adamantine Sliver, Adamantine Fragments, and Piece’s of Adamantine up to level nine.
In order to max out a weapon to level 10 you will need to find a Chunk of Adamantine, there are only three of these ingredients in the game so you have to prioritize which weapons you want to max out fully. See trophy “Purity of Power” for Chunk of Adamantine locations. |

Death Incarnate Complete the Game on APOCALYPTIC |
![]() |
*Can be bugged in some rare instances – make sure you keep a backup save before final boss and if the trophy doesn’t pop, reinstall the game and defeat final boss again*
APOCALYPTIC is the highest difficulty in Darksiders III. It’s available from the start and you can choose this difficulty right away to save yourself from a second playthrough. The difference to lower difficulties is that you take slightly more damage and bosses have slightly more health. The difference from “Story” to “Apocalyptic” is actually not that great and can be largely negated by overleveling your health and physical damage. In Apocalyptic you should grind out level 50 early on (this also gives you the trophy “Big Spender” so you have to grind levels anyway). It’s repetitive and boring, but it beats retrying each boss a dozen times. To grind out XP, farm the same group of enemies and let yourself die to make them respawn. Feed the collected Souls to Vulgrim the merchant in exchange for level-ups and ability points. Put all ability points in Health and Physical damage. Also get the Fafnir Enhancement by speaking with Usiel after defeating Lust. This Enhancement will deflect 100% of the damage done to the player back at the enemy every time you get hit, when it’s fully upgraded. Make sure you collect all items as you play through the game. This will give you lots of potions and also the parts required for upgrading your Nephilim’s Respite Capacity & Healing Amount. One trick you can use is to back up your save on a USB device before each boss (PS4 Settings > Application Saved Data Management). In case you’ve used up all your potions, simply copy back the save to revert to the point when you still had all potions. This way you can experiment with boss tactics a bit more freely without having to worry about “wasting” your items. At level 50+ they should be quite doable (and in fact easier than trying them at level 10 on “Story” difficulty). Therefore, it’s highly recommended to start the first playthrough on Apocalyptic to save a lot of time on this platinum. Exploit to get this on normal difficulty – works only on patch 1.00 with physcial disc:

Holy Keeper Collect 50 Angelic Artifacts |
![]() |
You can find Angelic Artifacts & Demonic Artifacts scattered throughout the environment as shiny objects. They are found on dead bodies and hidden passages as orange glowing items. Explore all areas carefully. If you’re having a hard time finding them, Vulgrim (the merchant) sells them in his shop in exchange for souls. He gets more of them in stocks as you progress in the game. After beating the story his full stock of artifacts will be available. Be warned that every time you buy them the price will increase. So basically, if you’re short by a few artifacts, just buy the rest from Vulgrim. His supply is limited but there are more than 50 artifacts of each type so don’t sweat it if you missed some from exploration.

Essence of a Chosen can be bought from Vulgrim’s shop in exchange for 5,000 souls in the late game but can also be acquired from defeating the five Chosen enemies hidden in the open world (see trophy “Balance in all things” for their locations).
Essence of a Chosen are used for the final upgrades to Enhancements to balance them out. |

Big Spender Spend 50 Attribute Points |
![]() |
Attribute Points are acquired from leveling up in Vulgrim’s shop in exchange for souls. In order to farm souls (infinitely), farm the same group of enemies and let yourself get killed to make them respawn, then repeat over and over again and pick up the souls from your place of death. You can also acquire Attribute Points by finding “Luminous Visage” items scattered around the world. Consuming these items will give you a free Attribute Point.
Note: this trophy is known to unlock later than it should for some players. If it doesn’t unlock after 50 attribute points, just keep spending a few more and it will unlock. |

Missable Trophy
This trophy can be missed if you choose not to find Abraxis. Abraxis is a demon found in the Skar, after acquiring the Stasis Hollow. The Lord of Hollows tasks you to find and kill Abraxis. You’re given the choice after encountering him whether you want to kill him or not. The trophy only requires you to find him. However, for another missable trophy called “A Parting Gift” you have to KILL Abraxis. If you’re unsure about any of this, make a backup save beforehand (PS4 Settings > Application Saved Data Mangement). |

Sliver, Fragments, and Pieces of Adamantine are crafting materials used to upgrade Fury’s weapons. These can be found as shiny objects in the environment as well as items enemies drop after being defeated. Vulgrim (the merchant) will sell them in his shop at various times with limited quantities until the endgame where he will have an infinite supply. Explore every area in the game carefully and buy the rest from Vulgrim after the story.
![]() |
Purity of Power Collect 3 Chunks of Adamantine |
![]() |
These are only three Chunks of Adamantine throughout the entire game. Vulgrim does not sell these at any point in the game. Chunks of Adamantine are used to upgrade any weapon from level 9 to level 10 (the maximum).
Haven: Using the Serpent Hole to come up to the North End of Haven head up the street west of Vulgrim’s Shop until you see the lizard monster with wings. On the right side of the monster is a tree trunk that you can run up. Do so and look at the branch that Fury can swing across. You will need the Flame Hollow ability for the extra boost jump to reach the hookshot branch. After swinging on the next tree trunk across the street, move up the branch and you will see two more tree branches to swing on, do so until you land on a fire escape. Immediately turn around and see another branch that will lead you to another fire escape. Swing across and land on the fire escape and move around the building. You will need to use your force smash hammer to break the wall. Inside you will find various items and on the lower floor of the building the Chunk of Adamantine on a dead angel. Bonelands: You must have the Stasis Hollow. Force Hollow, and Storm Hollow to acquire this Chunk. From the Cargo Ship Serpent Hole after you drove the giant Kraken monster under ground, look for an area that has a vast acid pool and requires two small tornadoes to glide across. Glide across these using the Storm Hollow and transverse the factory. Move through the factory past the big undead griffin monster. In a second warehouse you will find a stasis wall to climb. Climb that wall and then use the Force ability to turn yourself in a ball and move across the gem wall. You will eventually land on broken pieces of platforms. Move across these until you find the Chunk of Adamantite on a lonely little piece of land. Scar: After riding the second gondola platforms in the area right before you face off against A Chosen, you will see a pit with two rollers in between two separate stasis walls surrounded by undead angels. Use your Salvation weapon by charging up the stasis attack on it and throw it at the rollers. When they are slowing down jump into the roller pit and search for the Chunk of Adamantite. You will also find a Human survivor in this location. |

Missable Trophy
This takes place in the Badlands region. As you battle the boss called “Lust”, Usiel will join the fight after giving into Lust’s persuasion. You will have to fight both Lust and Usiel at the same time. Simply avoid defeating Usiel and only focus on Lust until the Sin is defeated. If you choose to kill Usiel first you won’t get this trophy. |

![]() |
Missable Trophy
First you must kill Abraxis (see missable trophy “Demond Meddlers”). Then return to the Lord of Hollows (at serpent hole “Lord of the Hollows Chamber”) and you will have the option to SPARE or fight him. Choose to SPARE the Lord of Hollows and he will give you his Final Gift. If you don’t find Abraxis you won’t be able to complete this quest or unlock the trophy! If you choose to kill the Lord of the Hollows he won’t leave behind his gift and you’ll miss the trophy. |

Is there New Game+?
PowerPyx says
No.
d3mystic says
Thanks for the guide. Wish I knew there wasn’t much difference between difficulty levels. I am already playing this on Balanced and have just defeated Gluttony. I think I’ll start a new playthrough on Apocalyptic after I finish Balanced. Sadly, there’s no NG+, yet. I’ll just level up in the beginning like you suggested. Any chance there would be any videos coming up on the future like leveling up, easiest to find the minimum number of ingredients to get all upgrade related trophies?
Also, the souls trophies. Do we need all of them at once? Because I’m sure I must have collected more than 100000 and Soul Harvester still hasn’t popped?
PowerPyx says
For the souls trophy you don’t need all at once. You can recollect your own souls after dying and it will count towards the 100k / 1 million. However, the trophies for 25-50 attribute points are known to unlock later for some players. Could be the same with souls that you just need more and it unlocks later than it should. I have no confirmation of this being the case so it’s just a possible explanation. I wouldn’t worry about it, keep playing or save up 10k souls and collect them 10 times after dying.
As for videos, I have nothing further planned for this game. Playing some RDR2 Online now, then perhaps some Just Cause 4 and then a much-needed break until the new year.
Nuglife22 says
I got the million souls trophy when I had 200K+ souls and died 5 times and picked them up again each time. The game registers your own souls being picked back up as new souls added to the count. Also there’s no easy way to get minimum ingredients for the enhancement upgrades. I had to scrounge and search every single inch of the map multiple times for the last couple of angelic artifacts I needed to upgrade my 5th enhancement. Feels like there’s barely enough materials so you basically need all of them. I just got my platinum and I have to say the worst trophy is the 666 kills with havoc form, since most will be inclined to save it for boss fights. You really need to use it as much as you can during your playthrough every time it’s ready. Head to West End in Haven any time havoc form is ready, kite around all the little guys in the area and inside the building then havoc form kill them all real quick, there’s about 20. Also turn off the havoc form once they’re dead so you don’t drain the entire thing.

Waiting for the Apocalyptic Difficulty trophy glitch progress Does it work on the 1.03 version?
Theopap says
Darksiders 3 has new game plus
PowerPyx says
No, it doesn’t.
Serviver says
So I’m following your advice and didn’t update to version 1.03. I made it to Makers Forge, but when I go to to leave (over a short wooden bridge to the left), a message pops up saying “the game must be completely installed to progress”. Any recommendations to work around this, or am i heading in the wrong direction?
PowerPyx says
After Maker’s Forge you step inside an elevator that brings you downstairs to a new Vulgrim fast travel point. Then there’s a big open area with a bunch of enemies and you drop down to where a cutscene triggers and you save your first human during that cutscene.
About the install, that’s interesting. I already had 1.02 installed. But surely they wouldn’t ship the disc in an unplayable state for users without internet connection. If it actually forces players to download 1.02 that would be horrible. Try to reboot PS4, see if that fixes it. Maybe the game is still installing in the background so just keep it running.
Serviver says
It appears that the patch is forced on you. I rebooted, uninstalled, reinstalled and I still got the same message. I disconnected from the internet and now I’m reinstalling again. I’ll let you know if that works.
Serviver says
Unfortunately, I can confirm that you are forced to install the update in order to progress. I uninstalled the game, deleted all saves, disconnected from the internet, reinstalled from the disc and started a new game from the beginning. I was still told I could not progress once I tried leaving Makers Forge.
I know the patch was tiny, but to force the update on a strictly offline game seems like a poor decision on the developers part.
PowerPyx says
If true, that’s gotta be the worst game design choice of the year. So people who’re playing offline can’t get past the first region in an offline singleplayer game? Never seen anything like it o_O
I’ll update that bit in the guide. Oh well, guess that exploit no longer works then. There’s no way to downgrade it to patch 1.02 anymore. With 1.03 it doesn’t seem to work or it’s just random luck that it pops for some players but not others. The good thing is you can keep overleveling your character on Apocalyptic.
Dematchulated says
I’ve posted this on psnprofiles, but I wanted to do it here too.
I was able to get past Maker’s Forge, but it only worked if I was on Easy. Now that I made it to Vulgrim right after the elevator, I was able to change the difficulty to normal and continue on.
I’m even able to load this save and I’m still on Normal. Now if I download a cloud save from 1.03 and try to load it, the game replaces the save info with ‘please update the game’.
Friedrich says
I’m assuming they made patch 1.03 mndatory, because it fixes a weird graphics glitch with the HDR that occured in that particular area
Boustaaja- says
I did read about a glitch, that if you look your difficulty settings and get the warning message saying something about changing your difficulty will effect your achievements. And even if you dont really even change your difficulty settings, the game thinks that you did. Is this glitch still on?
Yesterday I wanted to make sure that I am still playing on Apocalyptic, I just opened up the settings menu, and got instantly the warning text, so is my platinum run now ruined or is it fixed?
I saw a patch note dated on Dec. 13th saying “Cycling difficulty options while in game will not affect actual difficulty unless it is changed.” Does it mean that they have fixed it or is this another thing?
And808 says
Is Level 50 the level cap? Or can you keep leveling?
PowerPyx says
You can keep leveling but keep in mind there are certain “soft caps” on your attributes, meaning the higher you level them, the less increase you will get. So at first you get +30 health per attribute point, later it’s +15 and then it keeps declining. So after a certain point, leveling up is no longer that helpful.
Ac3dUd3 says
the patch exploit no longer works. It wont let you past where you first meet the maker in the tree if you havnt downloaded the patch. It says on your screen “Game must be completely installed to progress”
spide29 says
sorry, dying, you lose all souls. What is the exact procedure to get to level 50?
P. S .: is there really so little difference between easy and apocalyptic?
Friedrich says
You don’t “lose” all souls. It becomes a floaty blue spirit upon death. Kill the spirit and reclaim your souls.
Velldanas says
Here’s no free-roam after the story. Only 2 vids and back to menu.
PowerPyx says
There is free-roam. You just hit continue and it puts you back before the final boss
Misshandlad says
*Possible spoilers*
Just wanted to add a few things which might be helpful for some, especially for Apocalyptic difficulty.
First off, the Fafnir enchantment can literally break the game and make it super easy (You get this by not killing Usiel during Lust fight which you have to do for a trophy anyways, just return to Usiels original location and talk to him)
Upgrade the enchantment to max level (1.5% dmg for every 2000 souls carried). At the end game I was carrying 300k souls and hitting for over 1000 per hit, melting pretty much every boss.
Pretty risk free since you cannot lose souls permanently even when dying twice in a row.
Also every collection trophy is cumulative over several playthroughs (human, weapon reagents, souls, spending skill points etc) Not sure if this makes anything easier but still.
Calvin says
Is it real that the achievements for getting to lvl 50 and killing 666 enemies with havoc cumulative even with multiple different playthrough? Anyone else can confirm it please?

I got Fafnir’s even with killing Usiel. Thing is, Usiel survives the fight, regardless if you defeat him or not.

The balance in all things trophy, which requires you to upgrade 5 enhancements to max, can you accumulate that through different save files/playthroughs? Or do yoi have to get all 5 in one file? Can anyone confirm please
Basic says
Hi ! Yes you can, I just did it 2 min ago ! Was lacking of artifacts since I upgraded all of them to lvl 2, thinking there was enough artifacts to upgrade all enhancements… So i made a new game in Story difficulty, rush all the game to Sloth and had enough artifacts for 1 enhancement. Upgraded it and got the trophy !
DarC says
Did you find the answer?
PaleVoyager says
I received the Rider’s Mercy upgrade for collecting 10 Humans, and the trophy didn’t pop. :/
Holly says
Am I able to lower the difficulty and still receive trophies AFTER finishing the game on apocalyptic? I just finished, now I want to go around and fight the other chosens but I’m lazy and I want to drop it down to Balanced.
Noodle says
Human #8 is glitched for me, the creature to use as a platform has vanished from my game. Any way around this or should I just grab him in an apoc playthrough?
Nishith says
anyone tried exploit glitched for Apocalyptic difficultly (with disc V 1.0)….is it working ?
plz let me know it’s working or not
thanks
ben10 says
It works on disk v1.0.
But there is a bug in human search.
Ben Garcia says
Can anyone confirm if the Apocalyptic difficulty exploit works on the Xbox One version of the game too?
Shinryu says
Balance in all things is not popping… Maybe because I tried to get it before Holy Keeper?
I got 5 weapons enhancement to max lv but no sign of the trophy…
The holy keeper poped when I got the firt artifact in new game slot.
Nishith says
hey Powerpyx that exploit glitched is not working…my game version is 1.0 and my ps4 is not connected with internet…still it’s asking update the game

PowerPyx says
It glitches a lot, but it’s fixable.
When you arrived at Maker’s forge and it tells you to install patch (after going down elevator), quit to title screen when it shows you the error message, close game application. Uninstall the patch if it already triggered the download in the background. Boot up game again and should let you progress. If not: again go to title screen when it asks you to install patch, quit game, wait 15-20 min, boot up game and it should let you progress.
Make sure you turned off internet in your PS4 network settings (uncheck “connect to internet”).
Give it a try and feel free to let me know how it went for you
Nishith says
thanks a lot Powerpyx…your idea worked and did Platinum also ?

I don’t know what’s happening but I’ve finished the game, seen all the cutscenes (even the secret one) and after that I’d hit the Continue button just to get back to the last cutscene, no free roam like you said.
Patch 1.05 here, I don’t know if that’s a problem from this new one
Jesse says
If you need to glitch a game to get a trophy them you shouldn’t be playing a game to begin with get good people
Velshin says
In this guide it is been said that the game has free roam after finishing the storyline…but now I finished the game and stuck can’t explore the world so I need to create another walkthrough….really?
PowerPyx says
You click “Continue” in the menu and it lets you free roam after story.
Velshin says
Trust me I wouldn’t make a comment here if I didn’t try everything. I tried pressing continue and even load the game it just rinse and repeat for me to the ending cinematic then credits then the extra dlc scene then rinse and repeat. It’s been like that for me for 2 days now…
John Mcbaine says
I have the last version of the game.
Balanced All Things Trophy seems to be glitched: I Upgraded the 5 Enhancements to balanced and the trophy did not pop up…. Any possible fix?
evOlvedParasite says
Can confirm the 1.00 (base game disc) glitch for getting Apocalyptic trophy does work by playing through on easy and switching to Apocalyptic at last hit on final boss. Not sure about normal trophy because I already had it. I did actually go through this game on my first run on Apocalyptic but because I got the warning message about changing difficulty even though I didn’t change, it voided the Apocalyptic trophy. Hence why I thought screw this broken game I’m using exploit.
BodyChipper says
Tip for beating on Apocalyptic: Every time you apply an attribute point you get a free health (and probably wrath) refill, and they seem to be able to be applied at any time, so that’s a free refill for a boss fight, etc if you strategize.
Matt says
I finished the game entirely on Apocalyptic difficulty and to my horror I did not receive the Gold “Death Incarnate” trophy. I did receive the Bronze “Protector of Humanity” and Silver “Path of the Horseman” but to my surprise I didn’t get the Gold. Did this happen to anyone else? Could I have done something wrong? Any advice? Thanks
PowerPyx says
The game is very glitchy in general, which is why I recommended in the Roadmap to make a manual backup from time to time. If you still have a backup from late in the game, restore that and redo the final boss. I think that’s the only way (or replaying from scratch with the exploit on normal difficulty).
evOlvedParasite says
Same thing happened to me. I replayed it on easy on 1.00 version of the game. If you have the disc version, uninstall it then install it again offline so it doesn’t update. Play on easy until final hit on last boss then change to Apocalyptic difficulty. This worked for me. I got through it really quickly on easy, you won’t need to back track for upgrades just straight through the story.
Martin says
PowerPyx, what would you recommend you spend your Attribute Points on early in the game on Apocalyptic Mode? I am level 20 and I am 7/7/4 with 4 points to use. Thanks!
Srb-dragonfly says
Defeated envy , cant go back to free roam . Keeps giving me two vid. Only options are continue and load and they both give me videos . No free roam

Hi guys. Just started the game. Where are you farming souls at the beginning of the game?. I am in the place recommended by PowerPyx, just after Maker’s Forge. In this zone there are about 15 normal enemies and a big one (standing in a wall). I kill all of them and only get around 500 souls per run. Farming 50 levels (as PowerPyx recommends) is long as hell, isn’t it?. Because I am now in level 10 and it is 1.5K souls per level (3 runs) but closer to level 50 we are talking about more than 15K souls per level…
Any recommendations?. Thanks!!!
Mew says
There is a video on youtube that shows you an exploit… you can get levels as much as you want by killing sloth and respawn it again. But your game must be at patch 1.00

The date is 04/21/19. I can officially confirm that keeping your game version 1.00 then playing on easy then speed running to the end boss and changing to apocalyptic before the very last hit will pop the trophy DEATH INCARNATE. After starting my playthrough on apocalyptic and popping every other trophy (91%) while collecting every item and dying hundreds of times to base enemies and beating the whole game just for DEATH INCARNATE not to pop was the worst feeling ever there was no way i was going to play the whole game on apocalyptic again (Note: you cant speedrun on that difficulty) just for the trophy not pop a second time. Hell no i was going to leave the game at 91% complete and not play again at least not right away I’d put the game on the back burner for 2-3 years before trying it again, but i saw the 1.00 glitch PP posted so i was like hay why not (that way i could just run through everything) . I also saw that someone confirmed the normal to apocalyptic but not the easy to apocalytptic, so i figured I’d risk it any way because on easy i could literally skip every thing. For insurance i did the Fafnir hack as well which made the game mega easy i finished the game in 2 hrs. i finished pretty quick because i had just completed the game once already so the map and puzzles were still fresh in my mind. SIDE NOTE: DEATH INCARNATE was my only glitched trophy every other trophy popped on my 1.80 patched game. (And no i never messed with the difficultly or even opened the option menu during my whole first playthrough the game just decided it wanted to cheat me.)
Zonatto says
Is there any timed=related trophy?

Hello guys.
I want to say a few words that will make platinum much easier from 6/10 to like 2/10.
The way to do it is by using duplication glitch.
You can duplicate everything that can be picked from the ground except weapon enhancements, you can duplicate stuff that are required for the trophies from Chunks of Adamantite(which there 3 or something in the game you can have 100+ or how much you want) to Invigoration Cores (i had like 150 Nephilim’s Respite to use when typically you can have like 6 or something, also Angelic and Demon Artifacts can be duplicated, another thing you can duplicate is Luminous Visage which gives you a skill point so basically you can level up to max level 300 in a matter of first ingame hours(also i should point out that there is a glitch in a Region Bonelands that if you go overleveled the game scales up to almost Impossible difficulty so try to hold off leveling past level 40-45 before going there if you dont its still doable but with sweaty palms because there is a very hard fight with Angles where you die from 1-2 hits and there is a miniboss Angel Champion.
The only trophies left are the missable ones, and grindy 666 Havoc kills(there is weapon enhancement that regenerates Havoc scale so no worries there) and Humans saved.
With the duplication glitch which still works today in January 2021 game downloaded from PSN you can save 10+ hours of platinum completion.
Hope it helps somebody.
Have a nice day and stay healthy.
So after Bonelands level up to 300 and Apocalypse is pretty easy enough even for casual players.

Can u earn mostly of the trophies after you finished the game? Or will the enemies not respawn

Hi! I’ve got a question about Balance in all things troohy, where you need at least 5 Essense of a chosen items. I think I got a bug: I defeated chosen mini bosses, got a screen “You’ve received Essence of a chosen”, but I don’t have it in my inventory. This happened at least couple of times. I’ve read in some guides, that there were only 6 essenses in the game, that’s why my troohy is locked. But in your guide you write, that “ After the story you can simply buy Essence of the Chosen from Vulgrim infinitely”. Is that really so? (I’ve got the game from ps+, so there is only basic game and no dlcs).
