Objective: Neutralize Jose Luis
Location: Bus Depot on Benko St.
Details:
A few weeks ago a police officer was shot dead. Same old story – some Valentino kids got into a scrap with the badges. The fatal piece of lead was shot by a danger named Jose Luis.
The investigation was dropped and officers from the local precinct were told to back off. Pretty interesting turn of events, wouldn’t you say? Jose must have some friends in high places.
Here’s the deal – one of the officers wants Jose to be brought to justice, which is where you come in. If you happen to find out who’s protecting the Valentino, I’ll throw in extra. Good luck.

Go to the bus depot
The goal for this gig is to go into the bus depot and take out Jose, who is on the second floor of the building.
Find out why the NCPD dropped the investigation [Optional]
An optional objective for this job, you can search around the area and looks for clues on why the NCPD dropped its investigation. There are things you can scan downstairs, but the only item that matters is a computer upstairs in the same room as Jose.
Find Jose Luis
Jose is located on the second floor of the building. If you want to stealth your way in you can hop to the fence to the left of the building and only deal with one guard, then you have the option of going through either a door on the lower floor or if you can reach it a window or door on the upper floor.
If you go through the ground floor there is a flight of stairs in the back right corner of the building. On the upper floor inside the only person is Luis who is standing by a computer.
Neutralize Jose Luis
Jose is standing by the computer if you’ve not triggered open combat yet. Take him out how you wish.
If you want to do the optional objective, you can search the computer on the desk to the left of Jose and look at the first message on it.
Leave the depot
When you are finished, leave the marked area of the depot.
Talk to Padre
You call Padre to let him know about the gig. You can choose not to tell him about the info you found, but then you won’t get the extra reward, so you should if you found the info.
Collect your reward
A drop point will be marked nearby, go to it to claim your reward and complete the gig.

This mission is bugged on PS5. I did all of the optional items and called Padre and told him the extra info. Then the last objective disappeared but the quest was still there. It was no longer on the map, but still in the journal with no instructions. I thought maybe I just needed to leave but when I did I got a text about how I had bailed on him. I decided to just move on and a few days later I was doing Claire’s Beast races and in the middle of the race a notice popped up that I had failed that mission. It’s in the “completed” section, but with a “fail” marker. I assume this means I will be prevented from getting a platinum, but there you have it.
Yeah, happened to me to as well. So, i just loaded an autosave after killing the guy, and this time while bringing it out, i got the car i had to put him in, post that just collected my bonus from a teller.
