Hippocratic Oath is a Gig in Cyberpunk 2077 (CP77). This walkthrough will guide you through all steps of the Hippocratic Oath Gig (Side Quest).

Objective: Rescue Lucy Thackery from Maelstrom captivity

Location: Clean Cut clinic on Longshore North St.

Blood looks out for blood. Bertie’s a leadhead who was gonk enough to join up with Maelstrom. Realized pretty quick the psychogang operates by simple rules – you stay, you die, or you pay. In comes his sister, Lucy, who chose option number three. Instead of hard scratch, she bought out her bro’s freedom with her expertise and services. She put 3 months of cyberwar repair on the table. Problem is, five months have already come and gone.

Now in comes you. This gig’s on Bertie’s dime – guess he had a few extra eddies stuffed in his mattress

• Find Lucy
• Talk To Lucy Thackery
• Inject The Patient With Synthetic Blood [Optional]
• Persuade Lucy To Leave
• Escort Lucy Thackery Outside

Starting Location: Hippocratic Oath

Gig: Hippocratic Oath starts in Watson (Northside).

Go To The Clean Cut Building

The Clean Cut building can be accessed from a few ways. You can go through the front door, or the door to the right of the main entrance, which requires enough Technical Ability points.

Going through the front door is the simplest path to Lucy, but before you enter, wait for the enemy patrolling the opening to come outside. Take them out and disable the camera before properly entering.

Find Lucy

From there, sneak behind the enemy at the reception and take them out. Continue to the back-left of the building to find the room with Lucy in.

Talk To Lucy Thackery

Talk to Lucy in this room to move onto persuading her to come with you.

Inject The Patient With Synthetic Blood [Optional]

When talking with Lucy, once she finishes her initial conversation, be sure to pick up the Synthetic Blood from the machine to the left and inject it into the patient to complete this optional objective.

Persuade Lucy To Leave

When talking to Lucy you can either help her out with the patient or not, it doesn’t matter which you choose. Eventually, she will follow you after you work your way through the dialogue:

Dialogue:

• I know. I’m here to get you out.
• Leave him.
• We don’t have time for this.
• What’s with him?
• No. Enough of this.
• You can’t be serious.
• No. Enough of this.

Here you can either pick up and inject the Synthetic Blood from the machine to the left or continue talking with Lucy and get her to come with you.

You can then choose either of the dialogue options to get Lucy to come with you.

Dialogue:

• Why are you helping him?
• Just hurry up.

Escort Lucy Thackery Outside

Head back outside the way you came in and escort Lucy to the car to complete the Gig.
