Eye for an Eye is a Gig in Cyberpunk 2077 (CP77). This walkthrough will guide you through all steps of the Eye for an Eye Gig (Side Quest).

Location: Condo on the corner of Scoffield and Sinkyone St.
Details:
A girl died a while back in the Glen. Her name was Rosita. I knew her. Seventeen years old, picture-perfect smile. Got hit by a car while she was crossing the road. I saw the CCTV – almost tore her legs off clean. If she’d’ve gotten to the emergency room sooner, she might’ve lived. Who knows. But it was the middle of the night, empty street. Driver fled the scene.
Soon enough, the NCPD found our culprit. Lady’s named Tucker Albach, vice managing director or something at Kiroshi. Her insurance covered vehicular manslaughter so far as the NCPD’s concerned – she’s off the hook. Only punishment she got is her insurance raising her perium. Hardly a slap on the wrist.
Over my dead body. This isn’t what justice is supposed to look like. Eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth, hand for a hand, wound for a wound. Rosita wants Tucker gone, and you’re gonna pull the trigger.

Starting Location: Eye for an Eye
Gig: Eye for an Eye starts in Heywood (The Glen).

Get inside Tucker’s building
Your goal in this gig is to go to the top floor of the marked building and take out a woman there. You can get in either from the front door, or you can go through the back door if you have either 14 TECHNICAL ABILITY or just quickhack the door open.
Find Tucker Albach
You need to go up two flights of stairs to the top floor. You can go stealth if you want, but there’s no bonus for it and there’s some stuff to loot here, so you can just shoot your way up.
Talk to Tucker Albach [Optional]
If you don’t immediately shoot Tucker, she will talk to you and try to bribe you in exchange for the money she has in the nearby safe. If you want you can agree to her bribe and leave her alive, but then you get no reward from Padre.
Neutralize Tucker Albach
If you want to get the best reward from this job though, you can agree to take the bribe, then just shoot her after anyway.
Leave Tucker’s building
Once you’re done upstairs, whatever outcome you decided to go with, leave the building to complete this gig.

I found it way easier to go around the right side of the building and jump on to a yellow ladder that’s attached to a fire escape (probably only accessible if you have double jump or charged jump) as soon as you get to the top of the ladder there should be a window open it and go inside. After you’re inside go up the stairs to the right of you and when you get to the top of the stairs look ahead there should be a speaker and refrigerator to use to distract the goon standing by the door use either one to distract said goon and stay out of sight(I used the refrigerator so I can quickly hide the body) after that I opened the door and boom she was right there.

You actually seem to get the most reward money if you incapacitate her non-lethally, then you’ll get a new objective to carry her to the fixer’s car. This means you’ll have needed to clear the building of enemies first so you can take her out of the front door. This gets you the 2K from the safe, plus another 10K from the Padre.
You do NOT have to agree to the bribe to loot the safe by the way, the access token for the safe is on her body anyway.
