Cyberpunk 2077 Bloodsport Walkthrough

Bloodsport is a Gig in Cyberpunk 2077 (CP77). This walkthrough will guide you through all steps of the Bloodsport Gig (Side Quest).

Objective: Roh Chi-Wan

Location: Tyger Claws dojo on Brookland St.

Matter’s Urgent. My client, Macidew Coolidge (you might recognize him from his show, “Boxathon,” on N54 from a few years back) is looking for someone to get his coach back from the Tyger Claws.

Here’s the deal. Macidew got himself into a debt hole. Looking to climb out the easy way, he cut a deal with the Tygers. They gave him a wad of cash to go down in the next fight. And what did he do with it? He goes to the book incognito and bets on his own win. Next thing you know, he KO’s his opponent in the second round and blasts off into the sunset in an AV.

It was happily ever after for Macidew, until they kidnapped his coach, Roh Chi-Won. They’re threatening to kill him if Macidew doesn’t come back to Night City. Macidew doesn’t want his coach’s death to weigh on his conscience, so he got in touch with me and I got in touch with you. Sending you the coords for where they’re keeping Roh Chi-Won. Try getting to him without tripping the alarm. Hostages and shootouts don’t mix well. Good luck.

Starting Location: Bloodsport

Do Not Raise The Alarm [Optional]

This Optional Objective takes place over the entire quest. So first we’ll go over some notes to not raise the alarm, then we’ll go through each objective below. In order to not raise the alarm when finding Roh, you can access the dojo in any of the ways below. If you choose to enter through the main window, be careful of the patrolling guard. Once you neutralize them, hide the body and turn off the security cameras. Crouch-walk around the dojo anti-clockwise, darting from each piece of cover to avoid getting spotted by enemies training. Head to the back of the dojo, with the workout room and enter the door on the right in this room. Here you will find a staircase leading down to the basement.

In the basement, you have two options. Heading through the double doors will take you to a room with a Tyger Claw and a camera, whilst the path on the left just has a camera. Pacify both of the cameras and neutralize the enemies, before attempting to get Roh, who has a guard watching over them. Take out the guard watching over them and free Roh from the room in the far right corner by chatting with them.

Dialogue:

Retrace your steps through the basement and leave through the door right at the top of the stairs as it can be opened from the inside without any ability requirement. Walk Roh back to the front gate and escort them to the car nearby.

Go To The Tyger Claws’ Dojo

The dojo can be found off the main road, in a small market courtyard, but there is a guard standing outside, so you can’t just walk in.

Find Out Where Roh Is Being Held

There are a number of ways to get into the dojo. If you head to your left you can find a door at the end of the alley, which can be forced open if you have enough brute force. Alternatively, head to the right and look for the dumpster next to a market stall. Climb up onto it and then jump to the market stall’s roof and walk along the platforms to get on top of the roof of the Dojo.

There are two ways to get into the dojo from here. In the back left corner of the dojo’s roof, you can find a window that can be opened if you have 8 points put into your technical ability. Otherwise, you will need to use the other roof window, which is above the main entrance. Approach the situation how you wish and if you want to get the optional objective, read through the section above on the optional objective, as it contains a full walkthrough of the mission without raising an alarm.

Make your way to the back of the dojo, where the workout room is. Head through the door on the right as you enter. Make your way down the stairs and take the path on the left to find Roh in the room on your left, with a guard.

 

Set Roh Free

Once the guard has been cleared from the room with Roh and you gain sight of them, you will be able to talk with them.

Talk To Roh

Talk to Roh in the room and get him to come with you by choosing the following options:

Help Roh Get Outside

Make your way back upstairs and use the door at the top of them to get out onto the street, as it can be opened from inside without needing a specific ability requirement. Make your way to the front gate and out of the dojo’s area.

Escort Roh To The Fixer’s Transport

Once out at the front of the dojo and near the main road, walk over to Roh’s transport to have him get in it, at which point he will sit on the bench.

Talk To Roh

Have a conversation with Roh and decide whether or not to tell him who busted him out. Either option is fine here:
