Cyberpunk 2077 (CP77) has 12 Skills. They are a different from Attributes and Perks. Skills are leveled up by doing certain gameplay options. You don’t level them with skill points. Instead, you must defeat enemies in a certain way to gain XP towards a skill. Level 20 is the maximum for any skill. Reaching Level 20 with one of the twelve skills unlocks the Ten out of Ten trophy or achievement.
To see your Skill Level Progression, open the Menu > click on “Character” > scroll over one of the Attributes (Body / Reflexes / Technical / Cool / Intelligence) > It will show the 2-3 Skills tied to that Attribute. For example, Reflexes has the skills “Handguns, Blades, Assault” > Click on one of those Skills to and in the bottom left it will show your progression XP towards the next level and the reward you get from each level.

Body Skills
Athletics
Athletics Skill is increased by performing physical feats such as running, climbing, sliding.
- Level 2 = Increases Carrying Capacity by 20
- Level 3 = +1 Perk Points
- Level 4 = Increases Stamina by 5%
- Level 5 = Increases Stamina Regen Rate by 10%
- Level 6 = Increases Carrying Capacity by 40
- Level 7 = +1 Perk Points
- Level 8 = +1 Perk Points
- Level 9 = Increases Health by 5%
- Level 10 = +1 Perk Points
- Level 11 = +1 Perk Points
- Level 12 = Increases Health by 5%
- Level 13 = Increases Carrying Capacity by 100

- Level 15 = Increases Health Regen Rate Outside Combat by 10%

Annihilation
Annihilation Skill is increased by defeating enemies with Shotguns and Machine Guns.
- Level 2 = Reduces the ADS Time of your Shotguns, ight Machine Guns and Heavy Machine Guns by 20%
- Level 3 = +1 Perk Points
- Level 4 = Reduces the Recoil of your Shotguns, Light Machine Guns and Heavy Machine Guns by 10%
- Level 5 = Reduces the Spread of your Shotguns, Light Machine Guns and Heavy Machine Guns by 25%
- Level 6 = +1 Perk Points
- Level 7 = Increases Crit Chance by 5% when using Shotguns, Light Machine Guns and Heavy Machine Guns

Street Brawler Skill is increased by defeating enemies with your bare fists, Gorilla Arms, or Blunt Weapons in melee combat

- Level 3 = +1 Perk Points
- Level 4 = Increases Attack Speed by 5% when using fists, Blunt Weapons or Gorilla Arms

- Level 6 = Unlocks new Crafting Specs for consumables, weapons and clothing
- Level 7 = Increases Chance to Acquire Component From Crafting by 5%
- Level 8 = +1 Perk Points
- Level 9 = Unlocks Crafting Specs for Rare weapons, weapon mods and clothing
- Level 10 = +1 Perk Points
- Level 11 = Reduces Crafting Cost by 5%

Yes. Its been verified. Apparently at a Ripper Doc but its pricey and from what I hear money is, apparently, not too plentiful. The game may forgive a respec or two but not too many. It’ll want you to stick to your own build more or less. Encourage you basically.
