Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty DLC contains a new type of collectible called “Mysterious Signals”. They each have a vehicle that you can steal and drive back to El Capitan. Stealing 10 vehicles for El Capitan, or in other words finding 10 Mysterious Signals, unlocks the “Easy come, easy go” trophy & achievement. Finding one of these also unlocks Side Job: Push It To The Limit.
Mysterious Signals look like green wheel icons on the map . They spawn at random times but their possible spawn locations are fixed and predetermined. This means you CAN find them at these locations but they won’t always be there. The best approach is to drive from one location to the next and remember the route. This guide shows them by proximity for an optimal route. If no car spawns at any of these locations, open the menu (Touchpad / Menu-Button) and press “Skip Time” in the bottom left, then skip time by 24 hours and recheck all spawn locations. They often spawn in Dogtown, the new DLC area, but can also be found in other districts.
If an El Capitan vehicle spawns then the Mysterious Signal icon will show up when nearby. You can find vehicles repeatedly at the exact same spawn location and they all count towards the 10 for the trophy. Additionally, each time you steal a car there can be a random optional objective to deliver it before time runs out, or to deliver it in good condition, or to lose pursuers. These optional objectives aren’t needed for the trophy but they give you extra rewards. Each stolen car gives some money, weapons, and crafting components. They are a decent way to make money.
