This page shows all Cyberware Body Parts and their effects in Cyberpunk 2077. Cyberware Modifications are body part replacements, which enhance your abilities in several ways. A total of 20 Cyberware Mods can be applied to V’s body, spread across 11 different body parts. Many of these implants have different tiers they can be upgraded to. They range from common, uncommon, rare, epic to legendary. While getting more expensive along the way, they also require higher Attribute stats to be applied.
The more slots a body part has, the more Cyberware you can install in it. For example, Immune System has 2 Slots so you can equip 2 pieces of Cyberware in that body part at the same time. Arms only have 1 slot so you can only equip 1 Arm Cyberware at the same time.
To buy new Cyberware, visit the Ripperdocs of Night City. Each of them has different items in stock. The rarity of what they offer changes as you increase your level. They also start selling new items at Street Cred 20 & Street Cred 50.

It’s from the ripperdoc by Sykline & Republic station, but the typo in the description SAYS it slows 10%. I tested it out myself against a Sandevistan that said 50%, and the “10%” Qiant definitely slowed things down much more, not less. The real time factor of this thing has to be 90% like it says here.
