This guide shows where to find all Clothing Vendor Locations in Cyberpunk 2077. Clothing Vendors are merchants that sell you clothes, armor, armor mods and armor crafting blueprints. Each of them sells different unique Clothes.
Clothing Vendors are marked on the map by a white jacket icon 
. You can zoom in on the map and press 
to filter for Service Points to make them easier to see.

Do you mean the Army J3W3L tactical flight jacket – so gold it blinds your enemies? If so, I picked it up for free from a red travel suitcase leaning against a couch in the blind alley right beside (to the left) of the entrance to the club called Riot.
