Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Reunion has 102 Mail Locations. Finding all Mail unlocks the Mail Completionist trophy and achievement (received all mail from all senders).
For the trophy and achievement you only need ONE single mail from each sender! You don’t need all 102 individual Mails. For example, there are 3 Mails that cancel out each other in Chapter 9 but it doesn’t matter which of the 3 you get, hence you can get the trophy in a single playthrough.
Some Mail is missable because there’s no Chapter Select and no way to go back if you missed something. However, the vast majority of it comes from automatic story progression. Then a few are from joining the various Fan Clubs, from doing other side tasks, and from completing Side Missions.
Mails are also part of our All-in-One Collectible Guide that contains all Collectibles, Trophies and Missables in one Walkthrough:

Strife says
Hey brother, are you sure you only need a single Mail from a sender? I don’t feel like having to restart again if I’m still missing something now…
Archavia says
Yes as long as you have one mail from each unique sender it will count. The easiest ones to miss is the Reporter in Chapter 5, the various fan clubs, and the Wonder Kid in Chapter 8/9.
PowerPyx says
Yep can double-confirm it’s just 1 mail per sender needed for trophy purposes. Worked like this for myself and my 2 co-writers and we tested it on PS4 as well as PS5.
If you miss any extra mails from same sender it doesn’t matter.
Christian says
Do Mails of Mail Progress carry Over to New Game+?
Archavia says
No, they do not. Everything carries across to NG+ EXCEPT Missions and Mail, so you will need to do all of those in the same playthrough.
Toalha Nerd says
should have put an alert in the reporter’s mail. I accidentally talked to him before and I reported him and I looked in the list if there was more mail from the reporter, I saw that it was in chapter 7 and I did not return the save, now the one in chapter 7 does not appear and there is no alert about it
Archavia says
I added a note to it to hopefully make sure not that doesn’t happen again. I have also added a missable mail section at the top.
Jake says
^^ I would also like to know this as I missed the Sephiroth fan club and have just grinded through 55% of missions at the end of the game. and I need to know if I can just clean up the missing senders in new game+ and have it still count towards the mail completionist trophy? Otherwise I’m wasting my time doing all these missions now since ill have to do them all over again anyway to get the stupid mail in a single playthrough.
Archavia says
In that case I would recommend finishing the missions in your current playthrough, and only redo the necessary ones in NG+ as Mail does not carry over. The only unique senders from missions are Anonymous/Yuffie from doing Yuffie’s set of missions, and Shop News from one of the shop missions, so it’s not too many to replay.
Jake says
I thought of just doing that. But what about the Mail from mission 9-6-6 for beating the super boss? Cause then I’m redoing all of the Yuffie missions and all of the 9-*-* missions AND having to beat the superboss twice haha If its just the anonymos/yuffie to redo then im okay with it.
NautilusXF says
You don’t have to fight the super boss. When I got Mail #81, I did mission 6-2-1. Then did all M8-4 and M8-5. Trophy popped after 8-5-6.
Sean McCormick says
So I’m in chapter 4 and approached the market and all I got was one of the mails. I received all off the previous one. If I got all the previous ones from those senders I should have got these too.
Anonoymous says
Guys I received a mail from each sender and I didn’t get the trophy.
I didn’t get all 102 but got one mail from each sender come on…
kiraya87 says
the three Shop News mails (#82-84) are also missable since the required missions are missable, which you can get up to chapter 7.
Tsukasa says
Hey just one thing that should be added to the “Missable mail List” is the “Shop News” because like the fan clubs, if you don’t talk to the urban development team before leaving Midgar going into chapter 7, you can’t get that mail.
Archavia says
Thanks, added it.
Zero says
Are treasure princess, anonymous and yuffie counted as 3 separate senders?
PowerPyx says
Yes they count separately.
Trophy popped for me after getting the first mail from “Yuffie” sender.
Dan says
Ah! Why have you put that you join sephiroth fan club by going to the park on chapter 7. You’re meant to do that in chapter 5 and I’ve missed it on my second playthough. Surely that’s an error right and should be under chapter 5
PowerPyx says
I’m not sure what you mean. It’s under Chapter 5, see Mail #32.
The one in Chapter 7 is a different Mail (see the mail names in the guide). It’s also listed in the missables sections at the top under Chapter 5. It’s all correct in the guide. You simply return to the same fan clubs multiple times throughout the game to get different mail each time (Chapter 5 is where you join, as written in the guide, Chapter 7 is a different mail for returning to the same fan club).
Kreiss says
I think what Dan meant on regards to the silver fan club is… to remove the word “automatically” in mail#32 because I, too, have missed 32 because I assumed “automatically” is associated with simply playing through the story and the method has worked until I reached chapter 7 where I found out the lady was not in the park.
Archavia says
I removed automatically from it to avoid that confusion, and any other similar cases.
