In Crimson Desert during Chapter 5, in Main Quest The Missing Seal, you will get the objective to go meet the witch. However, the witch location isn’t marked on the map.
First, you must open your inventory and read the key item letter called “Unsealed letter”.
Then you get a notification in the top left corner that explains you must do a faction quest to continue the story.
The solution is to track the Witch faction quest “The Witch of Wisdom“. Go to Journal menu > Factions Quests > Witches (Hernand section, red icon) > track “Witch of Wisdom”.
Then the map marker appears, follow this quest to meet the witch at the end.
Where to go meet the Witch:
The Witch is located slightly east of Scholaship Institute. If you activated the fast travel point in the sky during Obsession and Madness, you can press R3/Right Stick on the map to fast travel there and skydive to the map marker.
Approach the witch hut, defeat the enemies, and climb through the open roof window.
Inside, untie the witch. Don’t forget to loot the Abyss Artifact on the table.
The map marker updates to the Witch’s House slightly north in The Witchwoods.
Go there and talk to the witch in the house. Pick “Listen to Request” to complete the objective. This also finishes the main quest The Missing Seal.
