Crash Bandicoot 4 It’s About Time has 38 N.Sanely Perfect Relics. Getting all of them unlocks the Perfectionist Trophy or Achievement. This guide shows 100% walkthroughs for each level, including all crates (chests), gems, hidden gems and the N.Sanely Perfect Relic. These Relics are also needed for 106% game completion and the secret ending.
None of them are missable. You can still replay all levels after the story. Only 38 of the 43 levels have these N.Sanely Perfect Relics (the 5 boss levels don’t have any).
In order to unlock N.Sanely Perfect Relics you must get all Gems in a level, except the Hidden Gem, without dying a single time. The Hidden Gem can be skipped.
Each Level has 6 Gems:
- Find 40% of Fruits
- Find 60% of Fruits
- Find 80% of Fruits
- Break all Crates (including Bonus Path/Nitro/TNT)
- Die less than 3 Times
- Locate Hidden Gem –> NOT REQUIRED FOR N.SANELY PERFECT RELIC
If you die a single time it voids the N.Sanely Perfect Relic! Luckily, you don’t need every single fruit, only 80% are required. It’s okay to skip some of the flying ones. By breaking all chests you should get close to 80% Fruits automatically.
You are allowed to die in Bonus Stages (Question Mark “?” Platforms). These don’t count as a death for the level! This makes it a bit easier. In levels where the Hidden Gems are hard to reach, go grab them in a separate run and ignore them on the N.Sanely Perfect run.

Can i get a checkpoint, and upload my save to the cloud incase i die? Or does this strategy not work?
This wouldn’t work, unfortunately. You have to finish the level in one go for the N.Sanely Perfect Relic.
This trophy is super difficult! any recommendations, tips n tricks that will make this easier?
I got the perfect relic with only 60% wumpa fruits I think the reason for that was because I got it on previous level
