On the first DLC Map “Darkest Shore” in Call of Duty WW2 you can unlock a Pack-a-Punch Machine to upgrade your weapons for more damage. This Pack-a-Punch guide will walk you through the necessary steps:
Step 1: Turn on the power
Simply head over to the U-Boat pens and the Artillery Bunker and flip both switches to turn on the power.
Step 2: Acquire the 3 Elektroschnallen
The Elektroschnallen are found in the minecart tunnels and you’ll have to ride the minecart 3 times in order to pick them all up. The 3 different paths are:
Graben → Strand
Strand → U-Boot Höhle
U-Boot Höhle → Graben
(Strand – Beach, U-Boot Höhle – Submarine Cave, Graben – Trench)
Simply change the levers next to the minecarts in order to change directions. You’ll need a total of 750 jolts for this step. You have to hold 
to pick up an Elektroschnalle and you will receive a prompt when you are able to do so. They are pretty easy to grab and the game gives you around 2-3 seconds before the prompt disappears. Here is a picture of one of the Elektroschnallen, just so you know what to look out for:
Step 3: Unlock the Übersprengen
Now you have to bring the 3 Schnallen over to the lift by the right cliff. The lift will asecnd and reveal the so called “Übersprengen” (the Pack-a-Punch Machine), after you put them into the socket to the right of the lift.
Congratulations, you can now pack-a-punch your weapons for 5000 jolts!
