Pandora’s Next Top Mouthpiece is unlocked at the start of main mission Blood Drive.

Mission Info: Put a stop to the COV’s auditions for a new Mouthpiece!

Starting Location: Pandora’s Next Top Mouthpiece
Find entry requirements
Fast travel to the Ascension Bluff in Pandora. On the right side of the main road there’s a billboard with the Information ECHO quest item on it.
The game now presents you with 3 objectives that can be done in any order. For the sake of this walkthrough we’ll go through them in the order they are displayed in the top right corner of the screen.
Steal Hammerclan banner
Drive back down in the direction of the fast travel point and go to the tall power supply tower. Climb the tower (via the yellow climbable edges) to find the banner.
Get trophy from War Pig
War Pig is driving around in a car. Destroy his car and he drops the trophy.
I dunno, loot Puttergunk’s strongbox
Go to the next place marked on the map and there you will find a locked hut. To open it, you must power the door by shooting the red target that’s connected to the yellow power line. Then you can enter the hut and open the safe with Puttergunk’s Prize Gunk inside.
Bring trophies to Holy Broadcasting Center
Backtrack all the way to where you fought the Mouthpiece boss in Cult Following. If you need a refresher, refer to the Cult Following Main Mission Walkthrough.
Deposit Trophies
On the way to Mouthpiece’s arena, put the 3 trophies in the black garbage disposal.
Stop Pandora’s Next Top Mouthpiece / Kill (brand new) Mouthpiece
When you reach the place where you fought the original Mouthpiece, there’s now a new Mouthpiece boss. Kill the guy.
Play Mouthpiece’s organ
Run up the stairs in Mouthpiece’s arena. Behind the arena you can place Mouthpiece’s organ.
Find Secret Stash
There’s a room to the left of where you placed the organ. Not really “secret”, just step in the room and look at the boxes.
Return to Ellie
Return to the quest giver, Ellie, in Sanctuary. You get some money and XP as a reward.

I cannot get to Pandora to do this mission. Fast Travel will not work. What’s happening?

If you are still playing the story you need to advance further until you can go back. After the story you can go back everywhere.

You don’t need to have finished the story.
Click on the map, press the bitton for galaxy mode, select Pandora then select the area. Press the area again and an option to fast travel will come up.
