Kill Rakkman is a side mission in Borderlands 3 (BL3). This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Kill Rakkman Side Quest.
Kill Rakkman is a rare randomly appearing side mission that shows up on the notice board in Sanctuary. It’s just random at which point it will be available. Always check the map for new quests when going to Sanctuary and do it as soon as you see it! The Sanctuary Message Board Kill quests are repeatable and will reappear later again. This and other Sanctuary kill quests are not needed for the “All Side Missions” trophy and achievement, but they do add +1 to your total completed missions.
You need to have progressed through the main mission Blood Drive to have access to the area Carnivora where this enemy is located.

Rakkman Location: Pandora, Carnivora
Rakkman is a crossover between man and Rakk (and an easter egg reference to Batman). You find this creature in the Carnivora region of Planet Pandora, in a cave at the edge of the desert. The story takes you to Carnivora automatically during Blood Drive. See the location picture below. Even when tracking this quest, the location marker often bugs out, but when you go there and kill Rakkman it will check off the mission as complete. No need to turn in the quest anywhere, it’s completed instantly when killing the enemy. He also respawns outside of this quest after a fast travel.
This mission is repeatable and respawns randomly at a later time (same as all other kill quests from notice boards). To make it count towards your total completed missions you only need to do it once!

I need this for the heck hole. I have never gotten the board if sanctury to show up. I’ve gone to where he is located and he doesnt spawn. How to I fix the bug where there is no bounty board with any quest ever in sanctury? I have completed blood drive.

I think he needs to be killed at least once. If you go to guys of carnivora and exit the map to carnivora you can look up to the left to see a batman symbol in the sky.check out DPJs weapon guide on YouTube

I’ve got him to spawn simply from going to his cave after you stop Carnivora. I never knew he existed, because the mission never spawned on the board. Just got lucky and saw the bat rakk signal.
