Introduction
Welcome to the Borderlands 3 DLC #4: Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck Trophy Guide!
In this final story expansion, Tannis sends us into the mind of a Psycho to find out more about what makes them psycho in the first place.
Step 1: Finish the Story
Playing through the Main Story should take you roughly 3-4 hours.
Once you get to the final map – Vaulthalla – check the trophy description Ye Who Enter below. This avoids playing the boss-section twice.
Step 2: Side Missions and Challenges
Upon finishing the Main Story, there are 13 more Side Missions to do and 1 Challenge with a total of 9 items to find.

Red Wrath and Beyond Defeat Psychoreaver. |
||
Psychoreaver is the final boss of this DLC and found on the map Vaulthalla during the mission Locus of Rage.
For the first half of his health, he is walking and jumping around the area, swinging his weapon. Once half his health is gone, a giant version of him will be stationary at the edge of the map, while you are joined by your two Krieg-buddies. He is a bullet-sponge, so make sure to bring four different kinds of weapons to make the best out of all your ammo. |
||
Ye Who Enter Open the gates to Vaulthalla. |
||
To obtain this trophy, you need to shoot a total of 24 switches on the map Vaulthalla, spread across the beginning, the boss-fight-area and the final loot-chamber, to be able to get into a hidden chamber.
Starting on this map, you can see the first set of three above you. Shoot them, so their color changes to green. Continuing through the first Teleport-Node, you can see two ahead of you, as well as one behind and above you. In the area of the boss-fight against Psychoreaver, there are another three switches on the back wall. Inside of the treasury-area you need to activate another set of three switches, this time in a limited amount of time. To get your bearings, here is a view on the whole area. The first one is located under a cracked stone-tile, which you have to fully open with a slam from above. Next one is located on the upper left side, while progressing to the very upper section. The final one outside of the sealed off chamber is right across it, shining bright in gold. Go through either of the large doorways at the top to access this area. If the opposite chamber opens, we are good for now. Inside of this room, there four more sets of three switches each. The first three are on the upper half of the wall you face upon entering. Next set of three is also on that wall, but hidden quite well. You need to approach the wall and shoot them on the left, top and right sides/corners. The final six switches are on the opposite wall, the side you came from. Three are under the platform. And the final set is best seen on the platform above, in the three corners of the triangle-door, which will finally open and give the trophy, once you’ve shot these final switches. |

Legendary Loot drop rates for dark Lilith and psychoreaver are abysmal IMO. Lilith in particular dropped nothing but eridium and cash on my first encounter and still has yet to drop a legendary item after 5 more runs.
Vaulthalla has been no better than Jackbot’s cash cave, with nothing but gunna-banga-rangs and “++baby makers”. Disappointing to say the least, given the soul-sucking time spent sending rounds into reaver’s huge sponge head

Very very good tutorial !
Know you where are the red chests in the “benediction of pain” map please ? Thank you for your job.

Shotguns with a high number of pellets make the crew challenges a lot easier, as you can be less accurate in the timeframe given.
