Black Myth Wukong contains 78 Armor Pieces. Completing all Armor Sets unlocks the Mantled with Might trophy & achievement. Each Armor Set is has 4 pieces: Headgear, Body, Arms, and Legs. Most armor pieces can be crafted at Shrines after reaching a new story chapter or after defeating specific bosses. A few pieces are random drops from enemies, which require killing these enemies repeatedly until they drop the armor. The following list has everything in the same order as the in-game inventory.
Recommended Use: It’s recommended to play through the story first, this will unlock most armors automatically for crafting. After the endboss you will be put back in the Title Screen, choose to “Continue Journey” to keep exploring. Compare your list against the list here to find out what you are missing. Clean up everything, then advance to New Game+ for the remaining armor. Beware that starting New Game+ overwrites your save and then there’s no way back to free-roam in the first playthrough anymore.
Also, you won’t get enough crafting materials to craft all weapons + armor in the first playthrough. New Game+ is mandatory to craft everything completely. You will need to have finished all bosses in the first playthrough to get enough materials by the end of New Game+, or else you will need a third playthrough in New Game++. In New Game+ you’ll need to redo practically everything, especially all the Secret Area bosses which give unique crafting materials.
Note that Wukong’s Armor exists twice, both sets have the same name but different stats. Both versions are needed for the trophy. One copy comes automatically from chapter 6 story progression (unmissable), the other copy is found inside a hidden chest in chapter 6 (Headgear #19, Body #19, Arms #20, Legs #17).
Missable Warning: The armor piece “Venomous Armguard” is missable. In Chapter 4 you have to destroy the arms of the boss “Venom Daoist”. If you kill him before destroying his arms you won’t get this. It can still be done in New Game+.

So I have all these and the trophy still has not popped. Any suggestions?
Theodoses says
same for me.
Jake marsden says
Same pal. Mine won’t pop either
dasdas says
Same. I noticed after starting NG+ I’m randomly missing the drop headgear. I really dont wanna go farm these again. Is this a known thing? Why is no one mentioning it? lol I’m reallllll tired of RNG.
Sergiu says
Same
PowerPyx says
Guys make sure you open the secret Chapter 6 chest for the true armor set. This is in the guide. The armor piece is just called the same as the one you get automatically from Chapter 6, I think most people are overlooking it because of that. Head #19 / Body #19 / Arms #20 / Legs #17.
IvanArd says
same, already collect the secret Chapter 6 chest Armor
Theodoses says
I collected and crafted all the pieces but the trophy didn’t popup. It’s the only trophy missing for me to platinum. Is it a bug or what?
Josh says
I’ve beaten the bull king twice and still don’t have enough materials to craft the full set
Ed says
There’s a chest with one piece of the armor in each play through on the way to the bull king. Maybe you missed it.
aNgRysHeEp says
With the headgears you have the golden feng-tail crown is two times there. On the first and last spot. It’s a bit confusing.
PowerPyx says
They are different armors. One is from the story in Chapter 6, one from the hidden chest. They are called the same in-game. But they count differently and have different stats. Just same name but different armor.
I’ve made some updates to the guide to make this clearer (mentioned it in intro and added further clarification to both armor sets that they count separately).
aNgRysHeEp says
@Powerpyx thanks mate, did not realized that. You doing awesome work here as always.
Ang3l says
Thanks Worked great.
Zook says
I may have been incredibly unlucky but for the Skull of Turtle Treasure i had to go to chapter 3 Longevity Road and kill the Turtle treasure enemy there to actually get the helmet

Hi!
Do I need to do every quest and boss in secret locations during NG+ (1-4 chapters) to craft secret chapter 5 boss armor set?
