Astro Bot Crash Site (Hub Area) Bots & Puzzle Pieces Locations

Crash Site (Hub Area) contains 42 Collectible Locations in Astro Bot. This walkthrough will guide you to all the collectibles in Crash Site (Hub Area) level in chronological order. Everything that’s needed for trophies and 100% completion is included. Nothing is missable, everything can be replayed after the story.

Collectibles

Main Area

Bot #1 (Selene Vassos): After collecting 2 bots, turn around from the start of the level and press near the bot stuck under the boulder to have some of the other bots help rescue it. (Note: this moves away when collecting more puzzle pieces and then gets grouped together with other bots in Crash Site)

Puzzle #1: After collecting 2 bots, go to the robot dog stuck under the rock near the PS5 and press to have 2 bots help you lift the rock, revealing the puzzle piece.

Bot #2 (Gran Turismo Driver): After collecting 2 bots, head to the bottom left corner of the map and there will another bot stuck under a rock. Press to call over the bots to help you rescue it. (Note: this moves away when collecting more puzzle pieces and then gets grouped together with other bots in Crash Site)

Bot #3 (Lady Maria): After collecting 2 bots, head to the right of the PS5 where there will be another bot stuck under a rock. Press to rescue it. (Note: this moves away when collecting more puzzle pieces and then gets grouped together with other bots in Crash Site)

Puzzle #2: After collecting 10 bots, head to the right of the PS5 and you’ll see the puzzle piece on a pillar in the distance. Press near the bot to create a rope made of bots to swing across.

Puzzle #3: After collecting 10 bots, there will be a big rock near the area with all the puzzles. Press near the bot to bring over the other bots to lift the rock, revealing the puzzle piece.

Keep It Together! Trophy & Puzzle #4: After collecting 10 bots, head to the left of the PS5 and you’ll see a puzzle piece on a pillar. Press on the nearby bot to raise the platforms. Punch any of the bot towers that have more than 1 bot and you’ll get the trophy. You can then climb up the platforms to the puzzle piece.

Bot #4-5: After collecting 10 bots, go to the north of the PS5 and press by the bot to call over more bots to lift the rock.

Puzzle #5: After collecting 10 bots, in the same spot as the previous bots, press next to the other bot to make a climbable rope out of bots to get up to the puzzle piece.

Puzzle #6: After getting the Squawky item from the Gatcha Lab, There will be birds randomly flying around the main area that will be carrying a puzzle piece.

Puzzle #7: After getting the Heavy Roller item from the Gatcha Lab, there will be a set of bowling pins behind the spawn. Get a strike and the puzzle piece will spawn.

Bot Bot Revolution Trophy – After collecting 100 bots, press to call the bots over to you and press to start dancing. If they’re close enough, they should start dancing along with you.

Thick As Thieves Trophy – You’ll first need Lara Croft and Nathan Drake’s bot, and the camera from the Safari park. After that, press to call all bots to you, press to use the camera and take a picture with both Lara Croft and Nathan Drake in view. You may need to take multiple pictures from different angles and zoom levels until it pops. You can also punch them to get them closer together but this isn’t mandatory.

 

Thaw, God of Thunder! Trophy – You’ll need a few things first before being able to do this trophy. You’ll first need to get Kratos and Thor’s bot, as well as the Well-Stocked Campfire from the Gatcha lab. After that, go to Kratos and punch him, then quickly walk in front of Thor so that when Kratos goes to throw is axe at you, it hits Thor instead.

Royally Stuck Trophy – You’ll first need to get the Prince bot, as well as the Rolling Star from the Gatcha lab. After that, go up to the Prince and punch him.

Let’s Twist Again Trophy – You’ll first need to get the Crash Bandicoot bot, as well as the Protective Spirit from the Gatcha lab. After that, go up to Crash Bandicoot and press  to dance with him.

Deep-Pocket Dragon Trophy – You’ll first need to get the Kiryu bot, as well as the Iconic Gate from the Gatcha lab. After that, go up to Kiryu and and keep punching him until the trophy unlocks.

KO! Trophy  – You’ll first need to get the Ryu and Ken bot. After that, go up to them and punch one of them, then quickly get in between them so that once they attack each other, they hit you.

At The Top Of My Game Trophy – After getting the Mothership’s GPU, you’ll be able to go up the scaffolding to the right of the PS5 to reach the top.

SingStars Trophy – After you complete the game, stand on top of the scaffolding on the left side of the PS5 for a few seconds and the trophy will unlock.

The Golden Bot Trophy – After collecting every puzzle piece, the Golden Statue will be built. You’ll then need to collect a total of 300 bots and then go up to the bot marker by the statue to create a platform leading to a challenge level. After completing the level, you’ll get the trophy. You you also missed the Wall Buster trophy earlier, you can also get it by punching the bot wall here instead.

 

Jungle Area

In order to unlock this area of the Hub, you’ll need to have recovered the Mothership’s Memory and have collected 25 bots.

Bot #1: After reaching the area, go to the left and punch the tree with the bot hanging from it to drop him.

Bot #2: Near the previous bot, climbing up the wall beside the robot that requires 100 bots to pass. You don’t need to call over any robots to help you collect this as the 100 bot marker is for a different collectible later.

Bot #3 (Spyro): After collecting 20 bots, go behind the prison and press at the bot to bring over more bots to raise the jumping platforms. Once on top, break the crate to get the bot.

 

Bot #4 (Imp): After collecting 20 bots, go to the end of the area and press by the 20 bot marker to create a rope that you can slide down. Break the crate in the little cave to get the bot.

 

Bot #5-8: After collecting 25 bots, go to the front of the prison and press to call over more bots to rescue the 4 bots in the prison.

Wall Buster & Bot #9: After collecting 30 bots, walk forward in the area and press when near the marker for the 30 bots to create a bridge to go up. Before going up, punch the bots to earn the trophy, then climb up the wall and the bot will be at the end of the cliff on the right side. (If you miss the Wall Buster trophy here and at all other locations, you can always get it at the Golden Statue bot marker for 300 bots)

 

Bot #10 (Amaterasu): After collecting 50 bots, go by the platform with the monkeys and press by the 50 bot marker to raise the platform. You’ll need to press again by the 20 bot marker in order to make a rope to climb up as well after the platform is raised. At the top, break the crate to get the bot.

 

Puzzle #1: After collecting 100 bots, go towards the area where you found Bot #2 and press to be able to pull the giant wire with all the bots to raise a platform up to the puzzle piece.

Desert Area

In order to unlock this area of the Hub, you’ll need to have recovered the Mothership’s SSD and have collected 60 bots.

Bot #1: After reaching the area, follow the right wall and the bot will be hugging the wall near the enemies.

Bot #2: After reaching the area, follow the left wall and the bot will be on top of the turtle near the enemies.

Bot #3: After reaching the area, head to the very back of the area and drop down. The bot will be hugging the wall above the turtle in the sand.

Puzzle #1: After collecting 40 bots, go to the upside turtle in the left side of the area and press to call over more bots to flip the turtle. The puzzle piece will be on the turtles back.

Bot #4-7: After collecting 60 bots, go to the right side of the area before the drop and press to call the bots over and push the cage down to the bottom.

Bot #8 (Shiba Influencer): After collecting 60 bots, climb up the rock to raise the seashell platform. After jumping across the first set of sea shells, press again by the next bot marker to break through the floor. The bot is inside the crate.

 

Bot #9 (Robotic Sucker): After collecting 80 bots, go behind the turtle and press by the bot marker to summon bots to turn the giant wheel. After turning it all the way, a crate will drop in the pit below you with the bot inside.

 

Bot #10 (Stray Cat): After collecting 100 bots, go directly to the right from the entrance and press by the bot market to pull the giant wire. Pulling it will reveal a water spout. Jump into it to get up to the crate, where the bot is.

 

Safari Park

In order to unlock this area, you’ll need to have collected a total of 64 puzzle pieces.

Strike A Pose! Trophy – As soon as you enter Safari Park, you’ll get the camera. Go onto one of the photo spots and press to bring up the camera, then take a picture. You can do this at any of the photo spots throughout the game.

Bot #1 (Pup Pal): Go over to the ice section of the Safari Park and climb up the ice platforms. The bot is inside the crate.

Bot #2 (Pup Pal+): Go over to the savannah section of the Safari Park and grab onto the rope on the bird. It’ll fly you up to the top of the tree, where the crate with the bot is.

 

Snow Area

In order to unlock this area of the Hub, you’ll need to have recovered the Mothership’s GPU and have collected 90 bots.

Bot #1: As soon as you enter the area, turn to your left and the bot will be on the wall, guarded by a metal bird enemy.

Bot #2: Keep following the left wall and there will be another bot on the wall, guarded by enemies.

Bot #3-6: After collecting 80 bots, go to the giant ice block and press by the bot marker to flip the ice and destroy it.

Puzzle #1: Directly after the previous collectible, jump on the trampoline to get up to the cliff with the puzzle piece.

 

Bot #7 (Urban Survivor): After collecting 80 bots and directly beside the previous collectible, press at the bot marker to make a giant bridge over to the platform. The bot will be inside the crate.

 

Bot #8: After collecting 90 bots, press at the bot marker near the giant pit. This will reveal a trampoline, letting you use it to get up to the ice ramp and cross the platform. The bot will be hanging from one of the trees on the right side of the platform.

 

Bot #9 (Restorative Flora): After collecting 100 bots, go to the giant ice wall to the right of the entrance and press at the bot marker to pull the giant wire, breaking the wall. You’ll then have to press at the 90 bot marker behind the wall as well to create platforms to get you to the top, where there will be a crate with the bot inside.

 

Bot #10 (Robbit): After collecting 200 bots, go to the giant ice circle and press by the bot marker to raise the ice platform. Use the trampolines to climb to the top and break the crate to get the bot.

 

Temple Area

In order to unlock this area of the Hub, you’ll need to have recovered the Mothership’s Cooling Fan and have collected 120 bots.

Bot #1: As soon as you enter the area, you’ll see the bot on top of the middle pillar to the right.

Bot #2: As soon as you enter the area, turn to your left and you’ll see the bot surrounded by enemies.

Bot #3: Go to the very back right of the area and there will be a bot standing on top of one of the pyramids.

Bot #4 (Defender Ship): After collecting 100 bots, go to the right of the entrance and press at the bot marker by the giant blue wire to destroy the wall. Jump across the pillars to the crate with the bot inside.

 

Bot #5-8: After collecting 120 bots, go to the bot marker by the giant platform with the ladder and press to summon the bots to push it over. Climb the ladder and defeat the enemies on top to rescue the bots.

 

Puzzle #1: After collecting 120 bots, go to the closet bot marker to the left of the entrance and press to make a path way up to the higher platform. Follow it to the end and press at the 100 bot marker to break through the tarp to get to where the puzzle piece is.

 

Bot #9 (Trico): After collecting 150 bots, go into the alcove on the right of the area and press by the bot marker to summon bots to break through the tarp. You’ll drop down into a cave, with a crate that has the bot inside across the platforms.

 

Bot #10 (Agro): After collecting 250 bots, go to the bot marker by the pyramid’s and press

 

Great Master Challenge (Golden Master Bot)

After obtaining all 300 bots + completing all puzzle pieces, the golden puzzle in the back of the main hub area will be assembled. Go there, you’ll need to call all 300 bots to make a climbable wall. At the top you reach this final level. Finish it for the Golden Bot.
