War Horse is a side quest in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the War Horse mission.
- Region: Kii
- Questboard Category: People of Kii > Rin > The War Horse
- Requirement: Automatically available after completing the quest Arrow Strike AND waiting for a season change.
- Recommended Level: 51
- Reward: 1000 EXP
- Quest Description: After the changing of seasons, Rin has invited Yasuke to visit her.
Assassinate the War Horse
Track the quest in the Objectives Board under People of Kii > Rin after the previous quest Arrow Strike.
Return to Rin
Location: Kii > Kumano Sanzan > Mount Omori Hut
Speak to her.
Follow Rin
You can auto-follow this section if you wish.
Catch the horse
The horse stays in the area. You can walk up to it and interact with it without any effort.
Follow Rin
Walk with her back to the hut.
Get on your mount
Call your horse.
Take Rin on a horse ride
Lead Rin up the path north to the pond just below the nearby viewpoint.
Talk to Rin
After arriving, she gets off her horse and walks to the cliff edge.
Talk to her, which leads to a dialogue choice:
- [Practice daily.]
- [You excel at everything you try.] – Romance
This finishes War Horse in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
