Assassin’s Creed Shadows The Stray Dogs Walkthrough

The Stray Dogs is an optional quest in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of The Stray Dogs mission.

• Region: Wakasa
• Questboard Category: The League > Yaya
• Quest Giver: Available automatically after completing the quests Wolves and Foxes and Before the Fall 
• Requirement: Available immediately after completing the quests Wolves and Foxes and Before the Fall
• Recommended Level: 26
• Reward: 1000 EXP
• Quest Description: In a rare moment of peace, Naoe and Yasuke take the opportunity to learn more about one another.

Find Yaya

To track The Stray Dogs, navigate to the Objectives Board. Scroll to the League group and select the quest under Yaya.

Yaya is located in Osaka in the Izumi Settsu region.

Help Yaya

Help Yaya dispatch the enemies around him.

Talk to her when you’re done.

This dialogue choice gives a warning that it affects your relationship with Yaya.

• [We forgive him.]
• [We punish him.]

These options don’t change the outcome, even though the quest indicates otherwise. Choose whichever you like better.

Follow Yaya

Yaya leads you north up the street a little ways.

Retrieve the kanzashi

Head north to find the kanzashi in Takatsuki.

Find the east wall to the Church of Takatsuki and climb up it. The person you’re looking for is inside the building in front of you.

Go around to the other side and walk in. Talk to the target in the corner.

Chase Tetsuo

Just run after him. You can’t stop him yourself.

When he gets outside of town, Yaya stops him for you.

Yaya presents you with a dialogue choice that affects what she thinks of you:

• [You need to forgive each other.]
• [You need to take responsibility.]

No matter which one you choose, you still get the following offer:

• [Let’s work together.]
• [I wish you well.]

To accept her help, select the choice “Let’s work together.” This will recruit Yaya as an ally, and if it’s your first ally it will unlock Build Your League.
