The Pirate Alliance is a side quest in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of The Pirate Alliance mission including The Pirate Alliance member locations. There are 5 members of The Pirate Alliance total which you must defeat as part of the quest.

- Questgiver: Shido the Biwa Master
- Requirement: Becomes available during Act 2
- Recommended Level: 41
- Reward: 5500 XP, 2 Skills: Naoe skill “Widespread” & Yasuke skill “Quick Aim”
- Quest Description: Danger lurks along the coasts of Wakasa, leaving despair in its wake. Someone needs to put an end to the trail of destruction.
Assassinate the pirates
Speak to Shido the Biwa Master identified by the “!” icon at the Tsuruga Sea Port at Wakasa > Sotomo Gate. Then, track this quest from the Objectives Board. Scroll to the People of Wakasa and select the quest below Shido the Biwa Master.
Doing so automatically moves your cursor to The Pirate Alliance group. You must locate and defeat all 8 of them.
Find Shido the Biwa Master at the Tsuruga Sea Port at Wakasa > Sotomo Gate.
Pirate 1/5: Oni-yuri
Follow Oni-yuri’s quest Sweet Lies to find her.
Pirate 2/5: Kage
Find Kage on a ship just off port in Wakasa > Obama.
He’s absolutely surrounded by enemies on boats. So, expect to fight hand-to-hand unless you can assassinate all enemies on the surrounding boats as well.
Apart from that, he’s a simple fight. He either uses a heavy kick attack or a bunch of light attacks.
Pirate 3/5: Lopo Cruz
Lop Cruz hides away on a ship in Nariu’s Lair.
If you haven’t done any exploring up in the northern corner of Shattered Coast, an easy way to get there is to grab a boat and ride straight into Nariu’s Lair. Most enemies won’t catch you, even if they get curious.
Pirate 4/5: Little Kappa
Find Little Kappa at Maizuru’s Lair in Wakasa > Shattered Coast.
He patrols around areas with explosive jars. You can either use those to kill him or assassinate him when he gets close.
Pirate 5/5: Sen
Sen hangs out at the Yura Fishing Village in Tamba > Fukuchiyama.
The area is not hostile, so taking him out is much easier.
Return to Shido
This time, find Shido at Saifukuji Temple at Sotomo Gate > Wakasa.
You now have Shido as an available scout.
This finishes The Pirate Alliance in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
