Spirit of A Warrior is the 2nd main quest in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Spirit of A Warrior main mission.
Kill the Igan shinobi
From where you take over, run straight ahead (easterly) across a short wooden bridge and defeat the enemies who are marked by blue squares. Use 
/:rb: 
for quick strikes and power strikes, respectively.
Once you defeat these enemies, cross easterly a longer bridge and defeat the three enemies you meet there.
After that fight, follow the path to the north to encounter the shinobi. Defeat him, but stay mindful of his posture. Hold R1 and R2 to break his posture when he blocks.
Kill the shinobi leaders
Head east across a rice patty to fight another shinobi. Use 
/ 
to parry attacks when a circle appears around your enemy’s hands.
Join Oda Nobunaga
Continue easterly and follow the path to reach your horse. A cutscene plays here.
Reach the castle entrance
Follow the path north to reach Mibuno Castle, fending off shinobi as you go. Soon you find yourself inside the castle gate.
This finishes Spirit of A Warrior in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
