- Quest Giver: Available automatically after completing the quest The Bad Brother
- Requirement: Available immediately after completing the quest The Bad Brother
- Recommended Level: 13
- Reward: 1000 EXP
- Quest Description: Shiro recently had an outburst against a poor fan merchant, and he might have left clues behind in his anger.
Reach the outburst location
To track this quest, use the Objectives Board. Scroll to the Twisted Tree group and select the quest underneath Takahashi Shiro.
The outburst location is just west of the fast travel location at the Nijo Palace.
There is a strewn pile of paper with paper fans on the ground next to the broken wagon.
This finishes Dropped Intel in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
