Assassin’s Creed Shadows has 69 Jizo Statue locations. They are found exclusively along roads, specifically at crossroads. Each of them gives 50XP. They look like little shrines. Collecting all 69 of them is needed for side quest “Mayu’s Offering” which starts in Yamato region.
On the map they are indicated by white 
icons. They only appear when fully zooming in on the map, if you went near them before. Unlike other collectibles they don’t have “?” markers on the map. You can filter for them on the map by pressing Dpad down.
All of them are still obtainable after the story in free-roam, nothing is missable.
