Go to the quest start location and you’ll find a body on the ground.
Investigate it, and you’ll end up getting knocked unconscious!
When you come to, you and Corteseos, the other victim work out what happened and discover the theft. Follow the horse tracks to find the location of the thieves…
…Or just follow the mini-map, and use Senu to locate their position.
When you get to the ruins at the destination, investigate the area to determine your next steps. Many locations are only accessible from the outside, forcing you to leave and enter from another location to find the clues you need.
Eventually you will locate a blocked entrance that you will have to clear in order to get inside.
Looks like you were robbed by a bunch of kids. Instead of being embarrassed, of course Bayek of Siwa offers to help them. To get your property back and save the kids, you have to deal with the thieves once and for all. First is your gear which is hidden at Menkaure’s Pyramid.
On the north side of the pyramid is a tunnel that leads inside, but what you find isn’t what you’re expecting.
The kids are being forced to steal by a group of thieves who have one of their friends and their protector, Anta, hostage.
Inside the cavern, in addition to a number of hostile bandits, you’ll also find Anta who is also not what you were expecting. Release her from the cage, and escort her back to the children.
Luckily the children come out to meet you, but bring with them a dire warning about the bandit horsemen that took Anta initially.
Track the horseman, whose location may be moving. As the name suggests, he is traveling by horse, but is usually in the vicinity of Khufu’s Pyramid.
Find and kill the horseman, then confirm the kill to finally retrieve Corteseos’s notes.
Bring the notes back to Corteseos and send him on his way to Memphis with the kids. Everyone comes away happy, including you since your mission will be complete.
