Assassin’s Creed Origins has 12 Stone Circle Locations. Finding all Divine Stone Circles is needed to complete Bayek’s Promise Side Quest. This in turn rewards you with 3000 XP.
The Stone Circle Locations are marked on the map via white question marks. However, question marks also indicate other side activities such as treasures, bandit hideouts and more. As you approach a question mark it will reveal what type of location it is. Simply put: investigating every question mark on the map is sure to get you all stone circles, but this guide shows you the exact locations right away.
After finding a stone circle you must interact with it and align the stones with the stars in the sky.
The Bayek’s Promise Side Quest is for character level 5. The quest description reads:
A chance encounter with an ancient and enigmatic Stone Circle triggers memories from Bayek’s past. He sets out to fulfill a forgotten promise made to his son.
The Bayek’s Promise Side Quest is started at the first Stone Circle in Siwa (marked automatically for you on the map after doing all Siwa Main Quests).

Colton Vallager says
I got all 12 of the stone circles but I didn’t get the cutscene and XP when I got back to Siwa. Is this a bug or did I do something wrong?
D.T. Streck says
Just leave the circle and the cutscene starts

Completing this quest unlocks the otherwise inaccessible spot close to the Great Sphinx.
