Photios’s Pre-Tirement Starting Location
Objective: Explore the Cave and Deal With the Priests
Talking to Photios, you hear about some priests that have looted the temple, and how glad he is that his good friend Alexios just happened by to help him out. Just west of the town will be the Korykian Cave entrance. Head inside and you’ll find that the priests are accompanied by a large cadre of bandits. Eliminate them all until you kill the priest.
Objective: Loot the Priest’s Body
Why aren’t you looting yet?
Objective: Acquire the Sapphires
No sapphires, but there’s a note on the body that shows that they have been sold to someone in Desphina Fort. Head back to the entrance to the cave, and as you exit look to your south. There will be a red tent next to what I assume is the world’s first zip-line which will take you very close to your destination. When you are within 150m of the waypoint, call Ikaros to pinpoint the location of the sapphires. They will be in a building near the southwest corner of the fort. Unless you’re trying to clear out the entire fort, its recommended that you try to enter the fort as close to the sapphires as possible and only eliminate those guards in the immediate area that are necessary to remain undetected. Follow the waypoint and grab the sapphires quietly.
Objective: Return to Photios
Leave the fort as quickly and quietly as possible, and return to Photios to turn in the quest.
