Assassin’s Creed Odyssey How to Enter Petrified Temple

October 6, 2018 by PowerPyx 7 Comments

The Petrified Temple is a Mysterious Site in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. It’s a secret area sealed by a big stone door on Lesbos island. It gets marked by a triangle-shaped icon once you have discovered its location, as is depicted below:

You may have found the Petrified Temple during your exploration but could not enter. The reason you can’t enter is that this area is tied to a series of high-level side quests.

Petrified Temple Questline

You must play 6 quests on Kythera Island and at the end you will go inside the Petrified Temple. All quests take place on Lesbos island:

  1. Romancing the Stone Garden
  2. Love’s Long Shadow
  3. Hard to Artemis
  4. Heavy is the Spear
  5. Keys to Happiness?
  6. Writhing Dead

Questline Starting Location:

Just play these 6 quests and you will be able to access Petrified Temple and go through the door that was previously locked.

What’s in the Petrified Temple?

One of the 4 World Bosses, Medusa, is found in Petrified Temple. She is level 50 so this is endgame stuff for maxed-out characters.
