In South Park The Fractured But Whole you can find 21 Toilet Locations and master them for the trophy / achievement “Crappin’ Forte” (Use every available toilet in South Park and achieve the highest mastery level for each).
Luckily, none of them are missable. You can still go back after the story to find them all. It’s actually advisable to do it post-story because you need specific endgame skills for some of the toilets. After the story, everything will be accessible to you.
The toilets are always in buildings. Each house has one (Kenny’s house is the exception, no toilet there). A few shops also have a toilet in them. The police station has a total of three.
When sitting on a toilet it shows you the difficulty level in form of stars. You must get all stars by completing a button-pressing minigame. If done correctly it will show a green checkmark on the toilet, indicating that you’ve mastered it. You must master them all for the Crappin’ Forte trophy!

- Cartman’s House
- Stan’s House, requires Toolshed Buddy
- Kyle’s House
- Police Station Men’s Toilet
- Police Station Women’s Toilet #1 (Policewoman’s Toilet) – two in same room, enter through crack in the wall in men’s room
- Police Station Women’s Toilet #2 (Yolanda’s Toilet) – two in same room, enter through crack in the wall in men’s room
- Freeman’s Tacos
- Big Gay Al’s House
- Nichole’s House
- The Peppermint Hippo Strip Club
- Construction South Park Mall
After the 21st toilet, the trophy should unlock instantly. If it doesn’t, you must double check all toilets that they have a green checkmark on them.

Is there any missable trophies for this game?
Not really. Technically, you could miss the trophy for beating the game as a black character on highest difficulty if you switch the difficulty or change skin color. But you’d really have to mess up that one.
All the collectibles, side quests etc. needed for trophies are still accessible after story in free roam.

Tokens house doesn’t have a toilet either.
Is there a way to check which of the toilets you have already done? I have a few left and its annoying because ‘m not sure which ones I still need to do
