Alan Wake 2 DLC #2: The Lake House has 44 Collectible Locations across The Lake House. Collecting them is required for the following trophies:
- 37 Documents –
Floor by Floor - 5 Computer Passwords – Hard Work
- 2 Miscellaneous Trophies – Shape of a Man & Murderer and Victim
Floor by FloorDocuments are pages and items that can be examined with 
. You don’t need to read the actual pages, simply examining is enough. Several Computers are password-locked, which are 6-digit codes that can be discovered in the immediate vicinity. Both of these trophies can be tracked on PS5 with trophy tracking.
It is recommended that you play on Quality mode, as one of the miscellaneous trophies – Shape of a Man 
– will not unlock on Performance mode. To change this, go to Options > Graphics > Game Mode > Quality.
The majority of the Lake House can be explored just before the boss fight at the end of the DLC, so if you miss anything you can backtrack to collect them at this point. The exceptions are the Ground Floor which you won’t be able to return to after going down the elevator, and two of the documents which are highly missable. These are marked here in red.

As soon as you enter the Lake House building, go through the security check and turn right to spot this on some filing cabinets.

Trophy: Shape of a Man
With Security Clearance Keycard 03 on hand, head back to Sublevel 2: Holding & Observation. Unlock the Subject Observation and watch the projector reel. After it completes a Painted enemy will spawn and unlock this trophy. This is currently glitched and will only unlock if your graphic settings are set to Quality, not Performance! If it doesn’t unlock, reload your most recent save and make sure to change to Quality mode.

Painting Hallway
Document #31 – Alan Wake Page 5 [HIGHLY MISSABLE]
After attempting to go to Sublevel 4, you’ll arrive in the hallway with the speaking painting again. After speaking to it, turn around and head towards the elevator to find this page on the floor. This is highly missable! Once you re-enter the elevator you won’t be able to return to this area!
Sublevel 4: Research Archives
Document #32 – Alan Wake Page 6 [HIGHLY MISSABLE]
On Sublevel 4: Research Archives, after going downstairs you will enter the archive area. Walk through the maze-like area for a bit and you will find this page on a cabinet shortly after the first Painted enemy. This is highly missable! Once you leave the maze-like area you won’t be able to return to this area!
Document #33 – ANNUAL REPORT: THRESHOLD STUDY
After going through the maze-like area, you’ll spot a large lit up room in front of you, Dr. Marmont’s Office. Before you enter it, check the filing cabinets on the right for this.

After exploring the office, head back outside and pull the lever to turn off the lights. Go back inside and look at the drawing on the ground in front of the projector.
Trophy: Murderer and Victim
Look at all the drawings on the ground and a light switch will appear in the middle. Pull it three times and you’ll be transported to Oceanview Motel. Head forward into the Panopticon to find Dylan. Speak to him and the trophy will pop after completing the conversation.
At this point you can go back to any of the previous Sublevels if you missed any collectibles or miscellaneous trophies. Once you go down to Sublevel 5: Threshold Experimentation it will be the Point of No Return, so it is recommended that you make a manual save now if you still need anything.
