Alan Wake 2 contains 9 Weapon Locations. All Weapons are needed for the All Accounted For trophy/achievement. There are 5 weapons for Saga, and 4 for Alan. The Double-Barrelled Shotgun is found twice, both versions of it are needed for the “All Accounted For” trophy/achievement.
All of Saga’s Weapons are optional and can be collected at any point before her Point of No Return in Return 6: Scratch. Alan’s Weapons will be story-related, with the exception of the second Double-Barrelled Shotgun, but can be collected before his Point of No Return in Initiation 8: Zane’s Film.
This guide uses the in-game chapter names as displayed on the save game (which are different from the chapter names in trophy/achievement list).

Return 1: Invitation
Weapon 1: Pistol
Automatic starting weapon for Saga, in your inventory from the start of the game.
Return 2: The Heart
Weapon 2: Sawed-Off Shotgun
In the General Store where you need to grab the Heart, in the back room where the Taken smashes through. In a locker cabinet, Code 739. Just left of the Inventory Upgrade.
Initiation 2: Casey
Weapon 3: Flashlight and Revolver
In the north-west edge of the map, at the end of the alley. You need to pick these up to continue, so they are unmissable.
Return 3: Local Girl
Weapon 4: Crossbow
Outside the Hunting Shack that acts as a break room, inside a Cult Stash. The code is 527.
Return 4: No Chance
Weapon 5: Double-Barrelled Shotgun
Immediately in front of you as you leave the lodge. This is unmissable as you pick it up to progress.
Initiation 4: We Sing
Weapon 6: Flare Gun
Directly on your path as you progress through the chapter. This is unmissable as you pick it up to progress.
Initiation 5: Room 665
Weapon 7: Double-Barrelled Shotgun
Progress forward until you reach the Rooftop Bar. Use light shift to get inside, then light shift again to grab the Shotgun.
Return 5: Old Gods
Weapon 8: Hunting Rifle
Inside the Wellness Center. Once you reach the Security Room, you can access the computer with code 170823 and unlock the doors. Go north into the Staff Lounge and behind Reception to find this in a box. Now take this to the door to the right of the security room and you’ll find the rifle inside.
Return 6: Scratch
Weapon 9: Pump-Action Shotgun
Inside Sheriff Tim Breaker’s Office, in a display case. The code is 723. In order to access the room you will first need to kill the Taken and get the Sheriff Station Keys from the FBC Agent in the closet.
