AI Limit Sunken City Underground - Underground Parish Part 2 Walkthrough

This portion of Sunken City Underground – Underground Parish is the ninth area of the game, though the Branch menu doesn’t distinguish this as a separate area. This area includes the sixth and final interactions with Stone, completing his questline. It also includes the optional hidden boss Necro, Wanderer of Undersea.

Sunken City Underground – Underground Parish

Parish Station

Armor: Traveler’s Coat – Purchased from Opossum’s Vending Machine just before Branch room for 8000 Crystals.

Hidden Boss: Necro, Wanderer of Undersea – From the Branch room go onto the left balcony where the enemy is standing. Directly left of it are some platforms you can drop down, leading to a lower level. Follow the path up the stairs to find the boss.

Trophy/achievement The Wanderer of Undersea

Nucleus: Elite Necro’s Fusion Nucleus – Obtained automatically after defeating the Necro, the Wanderer of Undersea boss.

Main Seal: Seal of Executor – Obtained automatically after defeating the Necro, the Wanderer of Undersea boss.

Spell: Ethereal Orb – Purchase from Millaire for Elite Necro’s Fusion Nucleus + 6000 Crystals

NPC: Stone – Return to the Branch, then in the hallway immediately after a text popup appears saying “The ore bell is ringing.” If you didn’t interact with Stone in the prior optional spots you will need to use the Ore Bell then return to the Branch. Continue down the hallway to where you can find Stone hanging from a beam, speak with him and exhaust his dialogue. Go back to the left path from the Branch and follow it up the ladder to the platform above Stone and interact with the chain to drop him down and speak with him again. You can accept his help to fight the boss. Speak with him again after the fight to receive 5 x Luminous Silica. Stone questline #6

Boss: Winged Colossaint

Nucleus: Mutant Clergy’s Nucleus – Obtained automatically after defeating the Winged Colossaint boss.

Weapon: Holy Embrace – Purchase from Assis for Mutant Clergy’s Nucleus + 6000 Crystals

Living Pond

This area is similar to the poison lake in Withered Forest with a number of side paths with items, so directions are given relative to the Branch.

Normal Seal: Moon Radiance – From the Branch go to the left up the ramp to where you can jump across to the middle island. This is sitting on the ground near the pillar.

Key Item: Merchant’s Map – From the Branch go around the right side of the center pillar and up the small ramp to the right, on this platform you can pick up the map. You can take this item to Merchant Kyen to add Luminous Silica for purchase at his shop.

Item: Eucharist (trade) – At the back of this area you can go into a small cave with a large growth creature, named the Gargantuan Sinner. Interacting with it allows you to feed it Salted Mud Balls from your inventory. For every 3 Salted Mud Balls you give it will give you 1 Eucharist. You can purchase the Mud Balls from the Opossum Vending Machine by the Parish Station branch for 750 Crystals each, so if you had extra or wanted to go through the effort this is slightly cheaper than purchasing Eucharist directly from the Church vendor by the Living Pond Branch, but not really worth your time unless you have a ton already and want to get them out of your inventory. Note though if you want to do this don’t give it the Nutrition Cube (below).

Key Item: Nutrition Cube – From the platform where the Merchant’s Map was located follow the hallway past the large Church enemy and take the elevator to reach the upper level of the room. Follow the path of beams and jump across to the middle area to pick this up.

Normal Seal: Gluttony – Follow the path around the outside past the remaining enemies and you can pick this up near the location you can drop to the lower area.

Normal Seal: Scattered Stars – Drop down to the lower platforms, then go into the room with the large window and interact with the Memory.

Weapon: Dawnfrost – Pick up the weapon after the Memory is finished.

NPC: Stone – Go back to the Gargantuan Sinner and give it the Nutrition Cube. This causes it to break through the wall to the left, where you can find Stone waiting. Go nearby to trigger a conversation, awarding the trophy/achievement Friends Reunited. Speak with Stone after to receive 50,000 Crystals. Stone questline #7

Trophy/achievement Friends Reunited

Key Item: Old Locater Ring – Obtained automatically when Stone kills the Gargantuan Sinner.

Material: Hereditary Resonance – Go back to the Branch then come back into this room, there will be a group of NPCs standing around a coffin. Speak to them in the middle and exhaust his dialogue to receive a Hereditary Resonance.

Key Item: Dew Essence – Now return to the Branch, then follow the path left up and out of the back of the room, then up the ladder to the train station area. Instead of getting on the train, go up the stairs to the top where you can find this beside a snail shell.
